is there a way to disable everything that caption does to only leave the autotimebank? i really dont want to have the betting scripts or stack size or anything else for that matter running

When you run the program for the first time, all features are disabled. You can enable only what you need.

Some users have asked about the permissibility of the use of 'Table options / Auto seat' option in PartyCaption.
Seating scripts are banned on partypoker now. But I do not think that is a seating script, because it seats player to a random place when table opens. That is, this function works in the same way as when a player double clicks on a table in a main lobby table list (if there is free space, the table is opened and the user sits down at a random place).

You can restore it if 'Save backup' was enabled before layout installation (you can install same layout with '_backup' suffix).
If the backup is not saved, then you can reinstall party client and all files will be restored.

Stack is always visible, but in some cases stack font color can match with the box color (so you can't see it).
In this case you should configure 'Fonts / Stack / Color'. If you are using FramePods, then turn on 'Change color', click 'Color' button and select color for this font (by default it will be white).
If 'Change color' is disabled, then color is changed during your turn (colors depends on used Theme.bin layout file, with default layout they are black and white so you can't see black stack on a black pod).

I am impressed about the changes you made. Great work! With the hotkey I can change back and forth fast between 2x2 or 3x2 table lay out.

I (multi table sng player) tried 888Caption2 for a while now and checked all the functions from your program that are important to me. If I may I have several suggestions starting with the most important ones. Hopefully you have the time and skill to work some of the suggestions out. Just to be clear I like your program very much as it is but it could be even better


1) Starting with the table sorting. You have fixed this as mentioned above and it works much better now, but not perfectly yet. If tournament A starts and tournament B starts a few seconds later they switch back and forth a few times while playing. This happens when tournament A is in a hand and the blinds will go up the next hand but at the tournament B the blinds already went up because the hand finished earlier. When the next hand starts at tournament A the tournaments will switch again in position. This happens a few times within 10 minutes. The visual translucent transitions are costing energy.

Would it be possible that your sort function works the same as 888 tile function? Tournament that is running for the longest is always 1st in line (slot 1). The tournament that is running for the 2nd longest is always 2nd in line (slot 2) etc.. Perhaps you do not even need to sort based on blind level but only on tournament time run. This would work for me but in case this does not work for other players you can add this feature next to the current sorting method. So players can choose which works for him or her.


2) With sng registrator on the lobby cannot minimize to taskbar. You mentioned earlier it needs to be this way because it does update auto or something like that. Do you have a work around for this? I would like the lobby be minimized because even in the edge of my screen it is in the way because I have a table there. Every time sng registrator is registering for a tournament the lobby is showing in the edge because it is brought to the foreground on top of my table. Secondly when I have the lobby in the middle of the screen and I want to check which players registered to a tournament it is not showing right away because the lobby is brought to foreground again and it is blocking the view of the tournament table with the list of registered players. I have to manually select the tournament table on the taskbar to make it pop up to the foreground.


3) When deactivating (by removing the checkmark at active) sng registrator you cannot unregister the tournaments directly through the lobby. However, you can unregister when you open the lobby of the specific tournament and press the unregister button there. Is this a bug?


4) Can you please add at the sections dialogs the following ones:

'Cards will be dealt to you shortly good luck'

'You have been unregistered from tournament x'


I do not want to use the auto accept all messages because I want to see in which position I have ended.



5) When sng registrator is not active I get the message 'You succesfully registered to tournament x' . When sng registrator is active I do not get this message. Is this a bug? I have checked tournament registration in section dialogs. Believe this is only happening when you press the register button at the lobby of the specific tournament.



6) What is 'auto close tournament after x seconds when finished' ? I have this enabled but when I am out a tournament this is not closed after x seconds it remains visible unless I click the x in the upper right corner myself.


7) With 888caption on I am having trouble to see chip amount of a player that is sitting out. When I go over the player name the amount is showing for like 0.1 sec. To fast to read. Can you fix this?


8) I have set space as hotkey. When I am typing in player notes I cannot use space sometimes. Is there a work around for this?


9) Can you prevent messages from showing at all? Message like registration that are now auto pressed are still showing in the screen for a split second. Can you prevent these message from showing at all? Would be great if you could add such a feature.


10) What is attach delay in option? You can set it to x seconds. If it is set on 5 sec does this means when I press active at sng registrator it takes 5 seconds before it will start registering?


11) Noticed you have added the function pop up table when it is my turn. How is this function different from the one at the 888Poker software?

3) It should unregister the tournaments through the main lobby.
4) One of 'Thank you for playing in this tournament...' (if you lose) or 'Congratulations! You won...' (if you finished ITM) dialogs appears at the end of tournament and AFAIK they both have two buttons, so they can't be processed by 'Auto accept all one-button dialogs'. Or I'm wrong?
5) 'You succesfully registered to tournament x' can be processed by SNG registrator or by 'Auto accept all one-button dialogs', so it can't be processed when both are disabled.
6) 'Thank you for playing in this tournament' and 'Congratulations! You won' options should be enabled for it. I can't close the table while one of this dialogs opened.
7) Try to configure Options / Tooltips, maybe it helps. Also you can use [stack] tag in 'HUD / Player panels' to display all stacks in HUD.
8) If it is not a global hotkey (one of on Lobby tab), then move your mouse to any place of the desktop without tables before typing (on the taskbar, for example). All table hotkeys (but not global hotkeys) works for the table under mouse only. So if there is no table under mouse, then hotkey doesn't work and you can use it for typing.
For global hotkeys try to use more complex hotkeys (preferably with Ctrl / Alt / Shift modifiers).
9) No, in the current method of operation that is not possible. But may I'll try to do it in the future.
10) This setting can be changed if 888Caption has problems with poker client detection. In most cases, you should not worry about it.
11) Maybe it can prevent some problems with this function in 888poker (some users have them).
Also 'Mouse jump to table' works with it, and it can be used to play without a mouse. Some users are asked to make such mode, they want to play by keyboard or joystick only.

does it also work on 888 simultaneously with using it also on party?

some first questions after have been dling the tool:

1.) for preflop only for instance 2.5BB weroks, but not for instance 2.25 or also not 2.3BB?

2.) any way to get a real trial - I need to test your tool in game while grinding my usual stakes and also need to test it how it works together simultaneously with 888 caption.
A few days trial would be more than enough...

3.) 888caption and party-caption licences are not the same, right?
so I need to purchase two 2 subscriptions, correct?

Is it 36USD per one sub per year or per month?

4.) If I set up party-cation, can I then somehow project all my settings also on 888 caption, so that I do not need to set up everything again?

Yes, you can use both programs at the same time.

1) Maybe you testing it on nl2. You can't bet 4.5 or 4.6 cents, only 4 or 5. Try to test it on nl10.
2) Sorry, it is not technically possible to make temporary license for PartyCaption now. Maybe I'll do it in the future.
3) Yes, you need two different licenses.
36USD is for lifetime PartyCaption license. But it depends on license type, please read about license types before buying
4) Sorry, most options are incompatible and can not be transferred to 888Caption.

AFAIK there is no any issues.
You should run both programs and both poker clients as admin and all will work fine. You can use same hotkeys for similar actions, etc.
Many users use both programs, and no one reported any problems.

Man, your tool seems very solid, but to be more competetive you really really need urgently implement a full trial, even when it is only for 3 days.

It creates too much opportunity costs for professional grinders like me when I need to play/try it out infinite at microstakes - lol.
So please do not take this offensive, but just as a honest customer-feedback.

I have plans to do a full-functional trial for PartyCaption, but I do not know yet when it will be done (I have a problem with free time now). Now you can try it at mictostakes only, sorry.

You can find both codes in PartyCaption on the Optins tab (need to run PartyCaption as admin to see it, and for Account code also need to run the poker client and log in).

For 888Caption - you can find all info on the site on the 'How to buy' page. You have to request for trial at first and then send me your License ID with payment, immediately after the activation of trial or in 30 days. In these 30 days you will have a full-functional license.
