Sooooo disappointed that the acceptance has been changed from 100k 50nl sample to 100nl sample, i have put in about 25k hands at 50nl and thought i was only a month or two away from applying. Completely understand why you guys have done so and think it shows a big advantage of your CFP over others its just personally gutting lol.

We decided to go down the route of a smaller group with a better coach to student ratio, to keep things enjoyable for everyone involved and the discourse as high quality as possible. Keep at it though and looking forward to seeing your application in future!

Wanted to bump this thread with what's been going on at BitB Cash the last month or so.



If you haven't heard - 10kNL endboss Makeboifin is now in the group, a massive boost to coaches and students alike. He made one of two 500nlz live session videos this month, the other was from longtime HSNL killer FourSixFour.

As a poster noted above - we have raised the bar for new applicants to the group - sincere apologies to those who were putting in the work at 50nl, but we've slowly realised that by having a higher bar to entry, we preserve a network effect where each additional member is a benefit to all the existing members - quality over quantity.

A nice example of the results can be found in this amazing testimonial from J (Finland), who in the space of 4 months with the group, went from making $25k over 7 months, to making $25k in just 1 month. The results of all the students in the group have been incredible recently (I'm surely partly to the effects of Covid on the games) and they really deserve all the credit - they are the ones putting in the hard yards every day to improve themselves and their games. It gives us great joy to help them achieve their goals, guide them along the right path and to ultimately see them rise through the ranks.

No graphs for until the end of the year due to my laziness,a lot posted on our twitter @bitbcash though.
I think we should have 3x EU, 1xNA site students clear $100k earnings in their 12 month contracts this year, and all coaches clear $200k or thereabouts, with a nice >$2m for one of us.

We still only have 15 students and 5 coaches all playing HSNL on EU facing sites. I don't believe any other stable offers this coach to student ratio, or transparency with student and coaches results, or these results from coaches and students for that matter.
We are still looking to take on a couple more serious students looking to break into midstakes and highstakes.
The ideal student for us is someone in a closed market, .PA, Bodog, or Nevada, where we really believe we can make a dedicated SSNL player one of the best player on the sites. If this is you, please apply

More importantly, massive shout out to our student Deividas, who took some time off from crushing midstakes to run 6 x 3km in 24 hours, raising 1.2k from the bitB community to buy food for the struggling dog shelters in Lithuania.

Realistically, how have your requirements and expectations for potential students evolved since launching bitB cash, particularly for those playing in a non-closed market (UK based here)?

We prefer closed markets simply because the games are quite a lot softer so it's easier to leverage our coaching for higher $$$ returns, as well as the students not having to play vs the coaches.

That said, we've struggled to attract students from those markets so most of the success stories you'll see this year are actually from European sites.

In general though we will always consider the application of a winning 200nl player. The biggest restriction we have is that we want to keep things on a small scale with 15-20 guys for now amongst the 5 coaches.

What about if someone, like me, was staked for years from a very well known backer and build with him serious trust? Does it count?
I've noticed you only consider NL100 players while I play lower. But maybe other exceptions can be made.
Is it possible to speak very briefly, on skype/discord? I will steal 5 minutes of your time but it would really help me a lot

Hi mate, sorry for the delayed reply.

We only consider nl200 as an absolute minimum at the moment as we want to keep the group small and strategic discussion at a high level. In terms of staking, we only stake people too that we've worked with for a long time and built trust with. Rolling profits too is more done on a discretionary basis, but relatively common.

+15k rb, +$30k my side on GG (but disclaimer down maybe 100k in actual $ due to 40k and 20k games).

Overall things going well and still so much money to be made in this game if you put your mind to it - still so much for me to improve on personally too.

All of our coaches are regularly playing high stakes, we have almost an active coach for every 2 students now and bitB cash is just an extension of our own process, we aren't looking to scale but more just keep sharing our process and keep a small bunch of elite players sharing ideas.
We maybe don't advertise enough since we are all focusing on still playing and improving, but you can find lots of other graphs on twitter @bitbcash.

Results for students this year have been completely ridiculous, I'll pull together a summary post at some point.

We are very selective now with who we take in order to keep the group small, but especially if you are playing american regulated sites at 200nl+ and are ready to take the game seriously, I really encourage you to apply, the ceiling is insanely high with the resources you have access too and we have a very good track record with people in these games.

Hi, I play on US sites and am trying to understand the cost of the program a bit.

Is the 50/50 split based on incremental winrate or just flat?

Let’s say I am a winning player at 200nl for 2bb/100, after CFP my winrate remains 2bb/100. Does BitB still take 50% of the winnings?

The default deal we offer is 50:50 first 10k winnings, 60:40 in students favour for subsequent profit.

We often roll our side of the profit through the contract to allow student to play higher stakes and buy action in higher games etc too separately, and fairly rarely does a student choose to leave at the end of a 12 month/500k hand deal, they almost always resign and remain in the group in some way or another.

It's obviously a huge investment for anyone signing up and I would only recommend it to people who think they will take poker seriously for 3 years or more. That said, I genuinely think it's +EV for every person I've allowed to join, I wouldn't spend so much time on bitB if it wasn't enjoyable, and it's not enjoyable to work with people in none mutually beneficial agreements.

Finally I'll add I'm very confident we offer the best deals despite also having by far the strongest coaching roster and highest ratio of coaches to student.
There are definitely a lot of CFPs that are -EV for people signing up, but our approach generally is that we just want all of the best candidates to end up grouped together at bitB and work together longer term.
