Some updates from the last few weeks, making huge progress with the stable in general:

1) D7 wrote a sweet free article series on solvers - check it out here.

2) We finally completed the IP as PFR section of our bootcamp. It's 60 lessons in total, 5-20 minutes each, including a lot of interactive content. I can't screenshot it here because even the titles of the lessons and structure of the course is valuable but it gives anyone who watches and completes the whole thing a solid gameplan in any single spot that can arise IP vs BB.

3) Finally, a screenshot and a quote from a students first two months with us, playing 50nl:

‘I feel I made the best decision that I could that to join bitB and I am very grateful to be part of it. I feel more motivated than ever and I enjoy poker again so much that I can’t stop thinking about it.’

Last year this student broke even over 1 million hands.

We will be taking applicants again in April. We have a special preference for students playing in segregated player pools at the moment. If you play bovada, global, pokerstars.it, you can honestly completely crush the fields with our gameplans and strategies
- if you think you have what it takes, apply!

As opposed to constant graphs, I wanted to share below some numbers from last month so you can get an idea of what students at bitB had access too last month:

8 Group Coaching Sessions
  • Myself - 3BP Playing Turns IP as caller*2
  • D7 - Random HH review*2
  • Psek - River Triple Barreling*2
  • Myself - SB vs MP/UTG 3bps
  • Myself - SB vs BTN/CO 3bps

8+ hours of coaches streaming Liveplay at 200z or higher with commentary and answering questions

68 detailed responses from coaches to hands posted in the HH Review Channel

5 hours of coaches streaming their own PIO review sessions

New 464 video on playing turns vs x/rs

7 detailed breakdowns of hands coaches have played in the dedicated coaches HH channel, mostly 500z+ hands played by 464

Monthly 1-1 session on the dedicated topic of their choice

This is on top of:
  • the constant interaction in the group,
  • access to 100+ videos in the video library,
  • review of HSNL hands from the NVG thread
  • all of the PIO and Monker materials in the new joiner pack

Myself and all of the other coaches **personally** read all of the other coaches responses, and watch all the videos - this is how we improve, and how we continue to post some of the highest winrates on the internet in our respective games.

Our current group is 17 members. We will always maintain a smaller group, as even if it costs us some EV, it adds to the community atmosphere and makes it more enjoyable for all of us.

If you are beating 50z+, you could be the 18th. Apply now here.

finally - postsaver, 464 last 400kish hands at 500z:

Hi guys - I wanted to share a public podcast I recently recorded with Donald and Darrell.

Poker has fully transitioned to the instagram age, with more and more people sharing graphs of huge heaters, creating unrealistic expectations about what the game is really like. At bitB cash we are guilty of this too - unfortunately, the best marketing will always be to take advantage of the best stretches and share them publicly, although I like to think we show larger samples than most.

It's said that happiness = expectations - reality, and our aim in making this podcast was to help people reanchor their expectations by talking openly about our own experiences of variance in poker. It can be a savage game sometimes, and hopefully sharing like this can help people when things aren't going their way.

Sup guys,

Today I'm proud to finally announce our first paid course to the world, The BitB Cash PioSolver Masterclass.

The idea with this course is not to spoon feed you some strategy, but to take you through all the features and best practices for using the PioSolver software itself. We focus on the skills you need to create, discover, test and evaluate different strategies yourself - giving you everything you need to create a strong fundamental gameplan from the ground up. I made a sales and information video with some more detail here:

==============================

In more regulation news, our CFP group continues to thrive, with impromptu live sweats or HH review taking place almost every day (and sometimes more than once per day) on top of the 2 weekly group sessions. Our video library is also swelling with each passing week, meaning that if you're really looking to make it through micro and small stakes we have a huge amount of super useful content available on demand. There's still time to get into our August intake, apply here.

Last thing, if you haven't already, check out our latest podcast with Canadian HS pro 'thejericho2' here:

That's it for now, GL out there

Hey everyone, Darrell (FourSixFour) here.

We are looking to recruit for the CFP again, looking for anyone playing at least 50nl with a sample of 50k+ hands there. For any further questions feel free to contact myself or any of the other coaches.

Also, I want to share a quote from a student (Tom) we have right now:

Quote:
I’m actually still part of a discord study group that a bunch of us grinding 10nlz-25nlz started last year. At the time we were all very much of a muchness. Out of all those guys who started out on this journey together, most don’t even grind these days. Theoretically I feel quite strong and I have to say that joining bitB was the best decision I’ve ever made in poker. It’s allowed me to improve in ways I just wouldn’t have been able to had I carried on alone, or joined an inferior stable. Even if I don’t improve another jot for the rest of my life, I’ve still learnt a skill that’ll allow me to always have a source of income through beating up on live fish at the local casinos, but I do think there’s a lot more improvement to come so let’s see how far we can push this.
It is absolutely amazing for us to hear this kind of feedback and how we have impacted his progression as a poker player so much. Of course not everyone who joins our stable will be able to give us such positive feedback, but not everyone will work as Tom has either. That is up to the student and it is also what is required to move up and outperform the other regs at your stake. With that being said, I genuinely believe BitB Cash is one of (if not) the best places to study and progress as a cash game player. Almost all of my own personal study is with the other coaches and I get so much out of every session with these guys. We have all been part of this CFP as well as others in the past for a very long time and are in constant dialogue with each other about how to translate our studies effectively into coaching students.

Tom's results since joining the stable:

I'm also going to add my own results for the past 6 months. Right now I am starting games at 2k every session on Stars and I have been studying/playing almost daily lately. I have loved competing against other regs for almost the entirety of my career and I'm very happy with the level of performance I've achieved in this sample through a lot of hard work.

As a side note we are also having JVL_STARRR on the podcast today which should be up soon and will be trying to bang out a few more before the end of the year!

GL everyone

I bought the PIO masterclass and as much as I kinda hate to recommend good products to other players I really think they deserve it, I have spend hundreds of hours with PIO and am already quite good with the program but I still learned a lot and also learned how to do things I was already doing in a much better way. PE was also very helpful with some questions I had.

Hi, I play up to nl1k 6max on NA sites/apps. This is my review of the Pio Endboss course:

Probably all SSNL, MSNL, HSNL and even many micros grinders in 2019 own Piosolver. Those that don’t own it they have at least heard it discussed by other players, in Run It Once videos, or on YouTube or twoplustwo comment section arguing whether GTO is superior to exploitive style. Pio is an extremely powerful program able to give GTO solutions for any heads-up situation. However, few people know how to use it properly and there is little guidance on how to do so. In 2016 Nick Howard released Pio Unlocked but now it is quite outdated. Since then, there has not been an in-depth guide on how to use Pio. Bitb’s Piosolver Masterclass is a complete and well-organized series of videos on how to use all of Pio’s features and get maximum value from software that costs as much as $1099.

The core of the course is eleven videos on the various features of Pio along with how to use them properly and efficiently. The tutorial’s on how to create and save trees; node-lock; and create your own aggregate reports were very clear and would be helpful to new users to Pio. There are also guides for more advanced users of Pio who seek to do complicated sims via the chapter on Renting a Sever. The videos on preflop sims were of interest to me. As an owner of Pio Edge I hadn’t found much information online on how to properly use them. I am sure many Pio owners have struggled with finding good documentation as there are YouTube videos from the makers but they are poorly translated from Russian, very dense, and not well-organized. The course with its plain titles of videos does a good job of condensing lots of complex information and guides into roughly fifteen-minute chunks. There are other courses included too on mental game and hand history reviews using Pio.

I really enjoyed the mental game series. As necessary as Pio knowledge is in 2019, a strong mental game has always been more important. Those are the people who will and have stick around the longest. I do not know any poker player that doesn’t struggle with mental game issues on some level, myself included, and the series contained many useful tips to improve one’s own mental game. The example given of king10ofclubs was especially profound as when I started playing poker professionally in 2011 he was a MSNL endboss…today he still is and has a sick statname. He is a good model for poker players who cannot achieve the kind of technical knowledge that BitB coaches have.

Another module I found to be of high-quality was the Pio hand history reviews. These are a staple of Run It Once videos and self-study but self-study with Pio alone is usually not very productive. Seeing how George and D7, two MSNL and HSNL crushers, use Pio to study spots is very informative as one can then take in the way they notice things and use Pio for their own self-study. The review of nosebleeds hands between Llinus, Katya, and Makeboufin was also very entertaining if not particularly applicable to my own games.

Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone who owns Pio but does not feel they are getting full value out of it or using its features well.

Hi guys - we are currently taking new students.
If you are beating 50nl over a 100k hand sample, please apply here

If you have any questions, a lot are answered here

And if you want to know what goes on in the group, here are some highlights from the last two weeks:
  • 4 group study sessions led by myself on BVB single raised pots as the BB, each one focusing on a different common node (stab, float flop bet turn, vs double barrel, vs cbet) and coming up with guidelines on how to play vs good opponents, and population tendencies.
  • 10 1-1 sessions focused on student requests including playing vs fish, adjusting to 200nl reg tendencies, 3bps BB vs EPs, and much more, all recorded and uploading to the site over the next month
  • 6 hours of streamed liveplay at 500z, from myself and 2knl reg FourSixFour
  • 8 hours of streamed study sessions where the coaches go over their recent hands as a group
  • 50+ HH reviews in our dedicated strategy channels by the coaches, and many more by the students themselves
  • 1 student recording their best ever winning months
  • 1 nosebleed reg joins the group to potentially try some coaching and gives detailed theory feedback on a number of hands.

I genuinely believe there is no better place currently to improve your 6max (or fullring ) cash game. We are still a small group of 13 students with 5 active coaches, and always will be. We aren't trying to push you towards our affiliated sites, or freeroll you with shady contractual details. We are simply a group of guys trying to get better at poker and hopefully have some fun whilst doing so.
All of our coaches are currently playing high volume in tough games, and actively sharing their improvement process with the group - meaning on top of what the contract guarantees to students, you receive much, much more.

Finally I'll share my graph in BB for the year, missing about 60 BI on untracked sites:

and Pseks almost identical graph in BB for the year.

Hey everyone, we are very pleased to announce that 10knl boss and the NASA man himself makeboifin has joined our team. If you somehow haven't heard of him or seen him in the streets reg battling the endbosses at the highest stakes running check out his 2019 graph:

Starting in February, we are aiming to form a specialist group of players at 200nl or already crushing 100nl to work mostly with myself and Markus. We will be focusing our time on making sure to push this group into midstakes and hopefully 1k by the end of the year. So if you meet the criteria and are interested in an opportunity to work with 2 regs holding the 5k lobbies on Pokerstars for the entire year please apply here

We also posted the 2019 results of our other coaches on our Twitter:
https://twitter.com/BitbCash/status/1213798988174053381

As a collective group we are very happy with the work we put in and results we had last year. If you check the lobbies you can expect to see us starting and holding the tables at Pokerstars from 1k to 10knl very often. We all still love playing poker and working hard together with our students to make sure we kill the games. I fully expect 2020 to be another very successful year for us.

Thanks for reading and gl

Obviously posting your coaches results over 1 month of run hot is going to be good promotionbut think its a stretch to say its transparency. That comes when you post your coaches results every month. If you do fair play, we shall see what level of transparency you guys are willing to go to. You are all quality players so i can't see you guys not being transparent in this spot

Quickly wanted to share Adams story with you from our youtube:

Will write a longer update at the end of the month maybe, but aided by a combination of the corona games and Makeboifin master plans our students and coaches are all having some of their best results ever. Since its the end of the month going to continue the tradition and post some graphs in here. For me personally, May was a great month at the cash tables (unfortunately SCOOP had other ideas ), sadly eclipsed by some truly epic graphs Makeboifin/You-mad-br0 managed to pull off.

We also had 4 of our students pull off their best EVER months, 3 of these guys recently joined our Elite program headed by HS crushers Makeboifin/Foursixfour. Its awesome to see the this group performing so strongly, especially given the work ethic the guys put in on and off the tables.
