Im currently a small winner at 100nl 6max winning at 3bb/100. My short term goals are to start crushing 200nl and turn pro. Long term i would like to beat 400nl+.

Good question, and keep in mind that i can only make an estimate. First of all, you are already doing better than 99% of poker players.

This is good, but also means that the work we will do will be more detailed.
Depending on how motivated you are, i'd say either you should take the

5+1 hours or 10+3 hours package.

6 hours will not make you crush NL400, but you will increase you a winning player at NL 200 (assuming your winrate at NL100 is over a decent sample).

With 13 hours, you doing homework, winning at NL400 should be doable. It takes of course more than just taking 13 hours of coaching. The exercises i provide are essential to success.

Like always, it also depends what YOU are willing to do. If you are highly motivated, as a coach i can give you all the resources, tips and strategies.
Believe it or not, that is the EASIEST part.

HI, exactly for that reason, we've put in a lot of time and put together a series for somebody with a smaller roll.

HUSNGs are good, because there is no such thing as NL 10, that isn't ridiculously high raked. HUSNGs are an extremely good start. It's still the same game, and you learn some things as well that you can use vs shorter stacked fish and some decent poker math.

I highly recommend HU Hero, always saying, you will see how good it works and then you wanna take the next step to HU Mastermind!

I only purchased the course last week, yet have looked through all the material I could since then.
I also just started my homework blog today and posted the first 3 homeworks already. It´s GREAT to put this stuff to work.

I already told you that I´m a big fan of your free stuff (on pokerstrategy.com), and the 6max course matched my highest expectations :
SIMPLE, yet awesomely effective stuff, no BS and all straight forward, even some very nice homework in small manageable pieces.
I haven´t got to that video recording stuff yet, but definitely will in order to REALLY make sure I´ve gone through all of it properly.

In the meantime, to give you some more general feedback, let me tell and show you a few things here :

1.) I wish I would have earlier, but somehow only discovered BestPokerCoaching in the end of July (no link whatsoever on Pokerstrategy.com,
I guess it´s for contract reasons ;-)......now, ONLY READING YOUR 100k strategy guide (wrote about this a few days ago as well) gave me a great boost
in motivation and I finally got convinced I could really crush the game.

2.) being so motivated I looked up all the FREE videos you have out there. Only by applying ONE SIMPLE THING - which is the right betsizig with strong hands -
I turned from a break even player to a 13bb winner, literally "overnight"....I just started betting out insane with the goods and got sooooo much more value for my hands.

If you look at my 2 graphs here, it´s all the hands I played from 1st of July, please look at BEFORE, which is how it used to be, all up and down and never really win,
and then look at AFTER, which was only a LITTLE shift in Mindset and applying the right betsizing (as described under 1.) and 2.) ), also being motivated to play a lot more hands in shorter time.
BOTH GRAPHS are actually only NL 10 HU and NL 25 6max, same limits but SUCH different results, not even having purchased the course yet. !!!!!

I know it MUST sound hilarious to someone who has played Highstakes, but I am SUCH A HAPPY BASTARD cause I just made $700 in the last 2 weeks by playing Online Poker as low as NL 25 !!! I actually bought the course from part of those winnings and have already got a lot of the investment back in.

I could go on forever, but please be sure : your stuff works great for me, and the more I learn from you the happier a person I am.
In a way, your stuff is really too friggin´awesome good to be put out there...I still keep smiling because I know it´s "way too simple" for the "really smart" guys to ever accept it...
it´s soooooo ironic, I´m laughing all day long about this little "secret".

So much for now, hope you have fun looking at both graphs in comparison...I will sure keep you up to date on my results and homework.

as i understand, those 75k hands were played in 2010, right? This doesn't seem to be a very large sample of hands and also the games have changed quite a lot since then. Can you share your 2011-2012 graph?

Legit question. Has been answered, but somewhere inbetween the 2 million comments, so here we go:

My results:

* I have been verified and have sent ~ 300k hands (my DB at that time) with all screen names to pokerstrategy.com . I do not publish my SN's, but again, the biggest training site of the world has hired and verified me. They weren't easy on people after the Girah thing happened. Their reputation was on the line.

Also, have said this before, but I am not actively playing anymore and focus on other ventures. Nevertheless, i love poker and coaching, so this is a way to stay connected.

Change of games:

* Yes and No. I regularly sweat friends/ do coaching. Students record live sessions as well where we beat up badly. Not through running well, but calling out the hand of Villain all day long. Students who have taken my coaching understand that one can be able to beat the games many years from now. Why?

I don't teach "tricks" or short term strategies like it is done so often in many videos. I teach the understanding of the game in a fun and simple way.

If you understand something, you don't need to "learn" it. Just like in school/university.
