After burning through cash reserves he realized that he needed to get back to earn some money and joined the BPC 6-max micro team. After hours of work, he completed the 5k program. Hi, I just had a very bad experience with best poker coaching that’s worth to mention and may be to get some answers,
I am a professional live player at 2:5 and 5:5,From canada, my average for last 2000 hours live is 37 dollar, I consider it pretty good for this stake, I was looking to start hu online and I was looking for good heads up coaching for online,
Anywhere I looked from two plus two to google I see best pocket coaching ads for coaching For prophit, so I started to chat with reps and get some info,
Despite I have an email from them advertising for 10k program heads up, I was told that only program available is 60k and the program they sent me trough email marketing 10k is not offered, and only way is heads up 60k,
I just wonder why if 10k not available they invite peeple for it and then try to upset 60k plan?
I did explain my situation that since I play poker For living and I have to sacrifice my precious live hours that makes me 10k plus monthly each month after month I do need to move up in stakes fast and requested if they agree not to wothraw From account for couple Mo th so I can move up faster, logically for someone as serious as me it’s actualy in their benefit to agree,60 k plan means 30 k for them and if I move fast toward higher stake they get payed much sooner, unless they would not be confident about their program and just want to cash prophit the moment there is some,
To make it short they never agreed an said it’s up to them to decide later but can’t put anything in the contract,
They did mention if u play over 200 h they may do that but not willing to cummit stating in in contract, that realistically does not mean anything,
Bank roll requirement for this plan was said as 1000 and based on 50 buy in rule that they suggest you start from nl20,
Starting from nl20 for 60 k program is a very long wAy mathematically and does not match a 60k plan that’s usually for advance players playing high stakes,
If they would offer 10k program as they advertise and I have seen it in the email sent to me, it could be logical but since this plan was false advertising to bring viewers to their site and then upsale them 60k it does not look very good,
Despite they did not agree to anything I asked and only took the path to make more money In the short term I though I give it a try and still register, I asked the rep to send me a link, since on their site you can’t find the products,there is no search tab, no product tab, just links to take your email and add you to their online marketing plan,
As I mention before they are very good at marketing, they advertise everywhere but customer service and their website is extremely week and not user friendly,
So I get the link and I was ready to pay deposit and start despite I thought I m not treated fairly.
The link the first rep sent me was showing a name of heads up soldier but once u add to cart ,it adds mtt to cart.
I tried refreshing, logging out and in, asking for different link but it was just adding more mtt to cart, after hours of wasting time it was 530 canada East time in the morning I told the rep that I am going to sleep and provided my email address so he can email me the fixed link by the time I wake up,
When I woke up I didn’t have any email or message not even an email that he tried fixing it or anything ,so I started chatting with new rep,
He does tell me they have this issue only with hu program and no other And send another link after waiting long time,
This time it shows a product that lets u switch from mtt to heads up but not actually the heads up,
At this time I started to worry that since all these trainings are all over the website and softwares, what if these problems will continue and I have to spend all my time fixing errors and trying to fix the errors and send screen shots to fix softwares bugs and issue,
So I asked the rep about this and requested to give me 2 or 3 days after registering to make sure the software working properly and I have chance in case there is continues software issues so I can get a refund,
That was only in case I can’t get access to product and prior to any coaching being started,
After all these software issues and so many hours I spent to try to purchase a product,I don’t think that was a lot to ask but the rep mention that there is a strict no refund policy and not for any reason u can get a refund,
I think I was more than fair, I brought this up after 3 days trying purchasing a product and the system forcing a different product to my cart,
I do wonder a program that they say they have so many clients, how those clients registered? They all bought mtt and sent screen shots and spent days to switch to proper program?
I kinda feel there is a lot of over promise and over advertisement but the amount of effort in making quality softwares and better customer service is extremely low,
If someone is confident about his program why try to just keep the 350 deposit instead of the big reward 30k prophit if it works?
Why not giving piece of mind to his client after knowing of that many errors on the site that in case errors continues u can get a refund before u start the program???
And why Falls advertising?
Sending email marketing for 10 k heads up and once you have a client trying to upsale to a bigger plan?
I don’t want to judge them to say they are bad, they may be good but with this type of attitude it just look like they want to pick up a deposit and they probably know this 60k never finishes,
I want to request to see how mAny peeple just lost their deposit and gave up due to terrible service or software continues errors?
For me online poker is optional since I do pretty good at live games and I don’t have to make a big risk going through that ,they make it look so easy in the adds but logically 1000 bankroll to grow to 60 k on 20nl it’s a very long long term plan ,that can take years,
I am happy to hear other peeples experience ,if anyone tried heads up?
If 10k heads up exist and it was only me that was getting upsale?
Since they don’t refund even if u can’t get access?
Or when they say if you play 200 h we won’t cash out for 2 months,why not put your money where your mouth is and state it in contract?
If u mention something and stand by it you should be able to put that in the contract ?

i would have been less nice than BPC support , but i hope you'll have a great experience. Before you join, understand that a deal goes both ways. We set the conditions (same and fair for everybody) and you agree (or not).

If you don't like it, consider buying a smaller course first or join an Academy. This is like a military bootcamp where we teach and set the rules because it is our time and money on the line.

Also, contracts are super simple and you leave at any point, the numbers are all out there and no "discussion" will ever be needed. You never have to lie to us in order to get out of the contract. Conditions are set.

Taking Notes Course

I am interested in buying this, but I play a lot of live and an online website where HUDs are not allowed.

Does this course teach a lot of HUD statistics and how to take notes on people off of their stats? What can I gain without using a HUD from this course?

One of our finishers mentioned it was one of the biggest helps for him (don't recall who lol). It is made mainly for online, it's a steal for the price because the principles and thoughts that you will learn apply to poker (not only live or only online).

Meet Lateralus:



Alex “Lateralus” is a real and typical BPC success story. Like so many players at BPC, he started at the lowest stakes (NL2) and worked his way up. In December 2016 he broke his personal record and made over 11000 Euro in profits.
He has earned himself a high standing in the community not only because he is a coach, but also because he is helping out other players a lot way before “officially” being a coach. He himself said that it took him way too long, but something very interesting is that he made 50% of the contract in 1,5 months. This shows everybody that “once you get it, nothing is stopping you”. Even if you start at baby stakes, even if you take longer and are also focused on other things (like Alex), you can make it!

plo course last year and their results now?

Hi, we do not have a 6-max PLO program at this point. If you are talking about PLO HU, so far Rylan is the only one who completed the entire 60k EUR program. We have a couple more students in the PLO HU program at the moment, who are making money, but are still at the beginning of their journey. This will always be a small program, since the requirement to be accepted is a lot higher than most other programs.

with CasinoCrime aka John Bouprez.My question is:is program not available anymore cause there were not enough interested people or people that

applied were not successful?

There were different factors involved, as I remember the coach had lots of other obligations, getting a baby, etc. The program was not as successful as others, but lots of guys still made good money during the time it was open. We might relaunch PLO 6-max in the future, but I recommend not waiting for that. Since the Heds/Up and 6-max is absolutelly crusing it at the moment, we're focusing mostly on that, plus the MTT with WPT main event winer Julian "HealTheWorld".
