Sooo we had $250 in bounties and 28.5k in chips (25k starting stack) when all the disconnection's hell started at 9:30pm CET today. I've managed to log back in at 10:10pm for like 2 minutes and managed to openjam last 20k @bb1600 from SB with Q8o and busted vs 77.

Not sure how Stars will handle that, I'll let you know as soon as we know anything. I expect we'll get paid ICM-chop based on 9:30pm chipcount, in which case we should prob get about 300$ out of our stack and 375$ for winning my own bounty, but you never know with Stars...

For now I've got 0$ refunds because I've busted before these idiots managed to pause the tournament, but I'll keep battling with the support. According to their refunds policy we should get about 800$ for what my stack was worth when all the madness have started and I expect them to refund completely.

they do that for you and they will have to do that for everybody, which is gonna be a big mess for them to handle.

So I did get some refunds from P* today, but it's way less than expected + I'm not really sure which of transfers belongs to which tournaments, so I'll contact support tomorrow.

It's most likely we've got $561.78 additional refund (plus 250$ bounty cashed already), but I'll verify with support and let you know asap.

I'm in touch with support now and this may take few more days, but I don't want to keep your money too long, so I hope it's fine for you guys if I send you back 530$ now and I'll sort out remaining refund as soon as I get official info from support. Right now I've got couple of transfers but I'm assuming this tournament might've been covered in two transfers by some weird Stars logic and I can't be sure before they'll confirm which transfers work for this exact tournament.

So for now I'm sending back 530$ to your Stars/Skrill, depending on where you've sent initially.

Soo I fought with support but didn't suceed, we've been refunded based on non-standard formula which ended up with refund being 250$ smaller than I've expected. Confirmation from their e-mail:
