thank you.

I believe most will. We shall see though.

Pretty awkward/tough spot to be in. Guess i'll make sure that for my next package i make sure i only send funds that actually are a part of the roll/package >.<

****ty situation. but like people said, mistakes can happen and imo everyone should send back since the tourney in question is clearly not listed in OP's schedule.

backers offering some sort of compensation is def a nice gesture but not really necessary.

Re: **SOLD OUT** Protential's Complete Sunday 1/27

My last post on this I promise. It's a bit tougher for me to decide on because the last 2 weeks back u didn't have the hotter 44 listed but it was included in the rail each time. In the 1/13 pkg u specifically say that the 11R AH isn't part of the pkg and presumably part of your pvt backed action. To me this says that backers didn't want the hotter 44 as part of your pvt deal but then when u binked it this Sun it's supposed to go to said pvt backers? It's definitely not about the $ for me but I don't feel your pvt backers should get the score on a technicality if the intention all along was to sell that action on Sunday's as part of the pkgs.

What I sell or don't sell isn't up to my backer's discretion, it is up to my own.

Anything I dont sell, but i play, is for them.

If I had charged investors for the hotter 44 and included it in ANY WAY as a part of this package, I wouldn't have said anything on it and would have also considered it to be a part of the package.

But as it wasn't listed and as investors didn't purchase any % of it, it was under my/my backer's roll. Thus the funds I sent out pertaining the 14.7k score should be returned to myself/my backers (IMO).

However because i did make the mistake in implying that it was a part of the package. We are willing to add some compensation for the mistake.

(many have said that the compensation shouldn't be offered/is way too generous)

protential-- you dolt.

dadonk-- send back.

This is what you paid for:

11r 40k (5bullets = 51$, 4pm EST)
54$ KO
55$ 10k (1030am EST)
Bigger 55$
55$ 50k (5pm est)
Stars 22 1r1a = 62$
75$ 12.5k super stack (215pm)
75$ko 9k (11am EST)
75$ 5k (10am EST)
11r AH 6k (9bullets = 91$, 815am EST)
11r AH 10k (9bullets = 91$, 345pm EST)
Stars 33 1r1a 5k (93$, 730am EST, will reg at 8)
Bigger 109$
Kickoff 109$
Stars 109$ 15k (9am est)
55$ MET 50k (2bullets = 110$, 4pm EST)
Bigger 162$

^^^^ = $1394

Hots/turbos:
Hotter 16

27$ TKO's (5 of these = 135$)
Hotter 33$
44$ 15k Turbo

55$ 6max turbo (530pm EST)
Hotter 55$
Hotter 75$
8r 2x turbo (15 bullets = $120.8)

Stars 109$ 17.5k Turbo (8am EST)

^^^^ = $1001.3

Majors:
215$ Sunday Million
215$ Sunday Warm-Up
215$ Party 300k
265$ Sunday Brawl
215$ FTP 500k, 2 bullets. = 430$

^^^^ = $1340
..and that's it, now add it up. What you transferred was the total for your % of these tournaments ONLY. Every cent you were returned SHOULD have been for these ONLY...
How you received the money is well.. I'm just struggling to understand why you are at all reluctant to return now?

Its not necessarily an analogy but more curious to know.. If the clerk at the grocery store handed you a $100 instead of $10 for change would you not say anything about it?

Ryan how many pkgs is it ok to run charging for the hotter 44 b4 it becomes not ok? I mean say u ran 20 pkgs busting hotter 44 each time and it went unnoticed then u bink and it's noticed then obv backers get the score right? Ok, this was only a cpl weeks while it goes unnoticed but u c my point I hope.

unless the 44 was listed in those previous packages then the investors weren't the ones getting screwed. Ryan was screwing himself by accidentally paying results of the 44 to investors despite them not having a piece of it. you should definitely be sending him back the money for the reasons already listed above. definitely a weird situation but mistakes happen and the mistake only hurt Ryan/his backers, not the investors.

Re: **SOLD OUT** Protential's Complete Sunday 1/27

Previous packages are obviously absolutely irrelevant as Protential did only NOT charge investors for their Share of the Hotter $44 (as it indeed was not part of the packages) but had investors freeroll him as he mistakenly added winnings from that tournament to the package; this worked in the favor of investors and cost him money - not the other way around.

He simply made the same mistake again this week but this time the mistake was too big to go by unnoticed, therefore EVERY investor needs to return the money sent by mistake and should be more than thankful for the extra $4k he put out there.

The Hotter $44 has never been a part of any package and Protential NEVER asked anyone to pay for a share in that tournament.

I hope this was easy enough to follow!

I agree with this obviously, one tiny problem is the title of the thread though.

and in the OP where he says 'This is my complete Sunday action'

The title of the thread, is just that a title. I specifically state in the thread that it wasn't for every game that i was playing, and that there were tcoop events i didn't have as a part of the roll as well as other games near the end of the session. (hotter 44 was the very last game i registered for yesterday)

I realize you are a worthless troll, but this is not the place to do it.

Exactly. I gave investors frerolls on it my last few packages without realizing it (mistakes obv), and only caught it this weekend because it was for a large sum of money and was fortunate enough to have someone point it out for me.

If investors were charged for the hotter 44 I would have paid out in full and not said anything about it (whether listed or not). But as you see the numbers I posted match exactly what is listed and nothing else.

I do my best to run packages I do with utmost speed and professionalism and always try my best to play well and profit for investors. I also pay out promptly and will always continue to do so. I gave investors the last few weeks freerolls on this tournament without realizing it, and this weekend i nearly did as well. However, as the only investor for the hotter 44 was my own backer, it seems wrong to me to send the funds for it to anyone but them.

Just wondering what would you think after reading the content of the pkg. I copied below? This knowing you had both a piece of the Sun. + TCOOP pkgs. For this reason I would be sending back the compromise amount and not the full amount regardless of what others think. Which other tourneys were played yesterday that were not part of either your TCOOP pkg or your complete Sun. pkg?

***************The Package:********************
THIS PACKAGE IS NEARLY EVERY GAME I AM PLAYING THIS SUNDAY (Some TCOOP exceptions, and some stuff near end of session as well, they are apart of my TCOOP package)

and some stuff near end of session as well = key part

I expected to play games outside of the package, especially near the end.

I never listed the hotter 44 and never charged investors for it. I also specifically stated that it wasn't for all of my action on the day, just that it was for nearly all of it.

If i had said it was for all of my action, I wouldn't have requested that investors send back the funds.

Is this one huge level?

Struggling to comprehend how someone with such a grasp of the English language, as this "person" above has, can possibly have the moral judgement of an alley cat here.

Srry but go back to being irrelevant again.........I was simply pointing out how one could think based on the content of his Complete Sun pkg. that they had a piece of all of Protential's Sun action. Srry how stupid of me.

It should be obvious that you did not have a piece of it. The mistake happened but in retrospect it is very clear that you do not deserve any of the money. If you would like to profit from an innocent mistake then go ahead and only send back the adjusted amount. I personally wouldn't feel right about it and would send back the whole amount but if they want to be nice and give you some free money and you want to take it then go ahead. But stop trying to act like you shouldn't have to send back anything.
