I think if he was actually multi-accounting then he should pay investors back with his own money since he's breaking stars TOS and investors aren't even aware of it. If it's a misunderstanding then account will be and should be unfrozen sooner or later after stars investigation. Either way, investors shouldn't suffer from someone's wrong doing without their prior knowledge.

Right but that doesn't excuse his lack of thought to his financial responsibility in all of this. Just posting the email from Stars as "proof" that he didn't scam but never mentioning how much he can payback immediately/plans for the rest is kind of scummy on it's own. Basically what he's trying to say is "thanks for footing the bill punters, at least I didn't risk my own personal funds with my multi accounting."

Let's not drag bfizz into this......I am not supporting bfizz or anything but it's totally irrelevant. Slammedfire is accused of MA and now investors' funds are frozen. Nothing to do with stats or what not.

Simple logic though,

1. guilty or innocent of multi-accounting/chip dumping or whatever PS suspects you of doing against their rules (simple are you quilty or innocent??).

1a. if innocent expect ps would clear this up over time.
innocent, not likely but possible.
* keep investors posted on status of investigation.

1b. if guilty, just come clean and post a plan for repayment.
1c. if quilty and have no plan/intention to repay debt, just get it over with.

Was the family emergency real or was that to buy time? What have you been doing the past month that prevented you from posting a simple update or sending out PMs to investors about the situation. Only takes a few minutes and thats the very least they deserve considering it is their money in limbo.

If funds are still in his account then stars will distribute it to investors from what they have sent. Had this happen twice (example on here is winsorino - had his account banned for collusion and refunded us what was left in account unfortunately he bombed off most of it). All investors did was email stars details and thread link - took them a while but they did do it.

But looking at this (and the history I know of this and him - won't go into it but it's not positive) likely all nonsense and the money is gone. Whether he gets account back or not his duty to refund. Maybe money will come back at some point but it's not buyers interest for him to hold money to benefit himself, and it's been historically done by him.

I think these threads have 90% people not involved. All trolls trying to look for some fun. I'm done responding cause these internet kids jumping in every thread with no business in them is a waste of time.

Also, when something like this comes up, people need to realize that mods don't read every thread, so if you don't report posts (red triangle to the left of every post), we have no idea something like this has happened. It's been a month of this, and OP still had Marketplace Approval until now.

Who ****ing cares? I mean, this attitude just boggles my mind. Disappearing for almost a month because you were "hoping to wait it out and come back with no problems" is totally unacceptable, and if you get grief from people, invested or not, you should be ready to take it.

Clearly, regular updates are in order, as well as a plan for how you're going to repay people if this drags on, or if your money is confiscated outright.
