And also, I was already on a final table when you messaged today. Even if you did not no this, I think that is quite a big difference between the 2 days.

Sending 4 hours after start and expecting your res to be held is not fair, you are the only person on this forum who thinks this is ok.

Then to demand your 9% back from another person who stepped in when you were MIA and have the audacity to tell him to shut up after he was kind enough to let you have the 9%, which you sent after knowing you no longer had that 9%, is appalling.

I did not demand to get it back, I asked to get it back. He never gave me the 9% (have I missed somthing). He answerd 1.5 hours later and said package is profit so he wont give up the 9%. Thats fair enough for his sake. He told me to shut up first and I just reply.

You have to see the hole story here, not only this package. (ref my PM). Its not about the $$$ issue here, its whats right and wrong.

Sunday package I said I had maxed my limit and managed to send him late in his session when he had zero score.

Monday I said I send later in the mondays package thread, I sent him what i owed after the session (or the day after)

I did not post anything in this thread today but I rememberd I had sent him a msg on private messages and I did not get any respons from him and I tought I was In. When I sent him the money I did not know he was profit or anything. Therefor i feel its unfair.

I must have misread the conversation then, I thought he had given you the 9% back.

And in this pm, did you tell him you'd be sending it late? clay is actually being pretty kind in these situations as most people here wouldn't let you send it that late or after the package but you are treating his kindness as an expected behaviour.

Also, you've just said that 3 out of 4 packages you have sent late, that's not fair to the player...

its only the last two packages - not the investment before. It's fine its not fair to the player and I am not in, but then I should not be in on monday aswell.

Then I feel like when you loose your in but when you profit your out. I know claynuts its not making more profit as he sold it to some1 else. But for me its a loss when my intentions are clear. Then claynuts should tell me you have to send before start or your out, and make it clear for me.

So the difference is that in the previous package(s) you wrote on the thread to tell me that you would send it later. Therefore I took your word for it and trusted you would send it later/we would settle it up later.

We did settle it and everything was fine.

Today you did not let me know that you were going to send it by writing to me in here or by message. You only wrote to me after I had already opened up your reservation. If you had previously told me that you will send this reservation or you confirm it then it is secured as yours. As you did not, I opened it up.

And to be clear of course I will send your funds you sent today back. I just was not going to do that when I was mass tabling.

Me: "You currently owe $25.56. I will make Wednesday package at some point tomorrow."

you (on Tues): "I will send before that np." (that was the last message I received from you and that was on Tuesday.

Then you sent what you owed from Monday. But again, there was no confirmation or word from you about this package today.

I always try to be as fair as possible and I hope that you can see the difference between today and the other days.

To avoid situations like this occurring again, I will not let anyone confirm their reservations after the start of the first event, unless they have told me directly in the thread or by private message.

so I meant by that msg that I will send before wednesday for wednesdays package, which I forgot to send. I did not tell you that I was not going to have any shares on wednesday.

anyway, i dont think we will get any further with that. I would not do this by the means of $. I post all this posts because I feel its the right thing and I apologize if i made you loose focus while playing.
