Thing is, most packages are multi site. It doesn't seem too efficient to have to message them all the time asking if they can only pay me in FTP and wait for their reply if they are offline.

Some people might be willing to send you a check after you fill out tax forms. I don't see any other options except passing on most of those packages.

Tax forms? I ain't from the US. Are those stuff necessary in online MTTs?

Obviously depends on the origin of the person who played the event. Where you live is less relevant. I know myself in the USA, if the above happened and the player just could not accept a site to site transfer he would have to fill out the standard tax forms to claim his share of my withdraw.

Sounds troublesome. Looks like I'll just have to clarify beforehand if they can payout on the same site I transferred them on.

Depends on how much you buy, but many players couldn't payout huge five figure shares on the site they didn't win at.

My guess is that he'll never pay back the investors and get banned from the MP.

Whats the requirements to post a thread in this forum? Sorry I looked and didn't see anything. I apologize for not seeing it.

If anyone is interested in staking, I am interested in listening. Don't want to get into too many details, cause this is probably not the thread, but I will post my stats if someone wants to PM me too talk.

Discussion about implementing a rule that would make it mandatory for relevant screen names http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/55..****ace-1016007/

It would be nice to hear people's thoughts. I talked to a mod that's in favor, but for whatever reason it hasn't been done yet.

quick question, couldnt find a thread like this in the live section so hope its ok here.

im a 200nl/400nl HU NLHE player with about 35k in profit. ive been staked for cash a few times, sending back 5 figures. have escrowed a few things and sent second on hundreds of trades and have probably close to 1000 hours of live poker experience.

what kinda markup should i sell action at for the wsop ME? it would be my first time selling action to a live MTT.

all responses appreciated

what is your experience in 9max nlhe tournaments?

unfortunately the majority of my live experience is in cash games. Id estimate ive played 50-75 live 9max nlhe tournaments with buyins ranging from £30-£200 with fields from 100-800. My only bink was a £30 weekly freezeout with about 100 runners at my local casino about a year ago.

i am aware i may not even be able to sell action to the main event, i am really just enquiring.

depends on ur ptr/hem/graphs u can show to prove cash expertise, seen many cash players sell w markup to ME without much mtt exp, and live cash is good as well since you are accustomed to live play, but need a solid online background with results to mean much

face value up to 1.2 id say, depends on refs, how you present yourself etc.
