not really.... buyer can say the item delievered was broken, not as advertised, just an empty box etc.
paypal really gives 99.9 percent of the benefit of the doubt to the buyer when theres a dispute. And even if you, as a seller, were to eventually come out on top, youre talking about weeks or potentially months of hoop jumping before you see the money.
