I suggest one or more of you guys involved in this package, contact the DA. If he learns of this, he may decide to be much tougher on the underlying matter, and maybe he can somehow bring your matter to public light and get it resolved somehow, or even prosecuted (longshot).

I thought it was called statutory rape because she willingly had sex with him on multiple occasions, but she was a minor. I guess her parents reported him. It probably has different names across different states.

I can't remember the last time I saw a good "how is _____ not ______ed?" post. If you're concerned, how is it you make this post and then not report it or the thread?

My first guess as to why he hasn't been banned is because there was a hope that keeping him around might help with repayment. As time goes by and no one mentions it again, he drops off the radar. Also, sometimes it's better to keep a scammer around on an account everyone knows rather than force him to come back with a new account - not saying that's necessarily the best approach here, but it is a consideration sometimes.

I'm curious to know how people who were scammed feel about the account still being unbanned. This PM contact probably doesn't happen if he's banned, but there is always the risk that he's able to run some kind of scam by PM if we leave him be.

I was paid back about a month ago and was told others had also been paid back or offered deals as well. Is anyone still keeping track? If so, you can put me down as having been paid pack. He appears to have made some significant progress?
