Rumour (probably true): HIV shot off a bunch of investors money online.

Fact: He has been in contact with me (IMs while I was asleep) and has obviously ****ed up somehow. He said he's back home and that he lost $22k. He has sent me $10k on Stars (which I will distribute when we find out what's up.) I don't want to be in the middle of this, but I guess that's what I get when I spoke up for his trustworthiness. He has promised to let me know what's going on. Until I hear from him, I think we should just wait. (Clearly it's not a good situation, but no use worrying until we have the story.)
