I am well aware of moderators in certain sections on this site that are suppoe to take care of that 1 area. I'm just wondering who is in charge overall? Is it Sklansky? if not who? I need to talk to 1 of the bigshots who have final say.

You can start with Mike Haven, you've got enough pm's with him to know how to get ahold of him. Or you can try Mat Sklansky. Not sure what your problem is but your history isn't going to help your cause.
