I'll be honest, I still owe the school money for my children's school fees, I haven't paid the last two or three terms. I didn't know what was going to happen here but I've made a little bit of money now so I can go and pay the school fees now for the next two years.

After the first few frames today Hawkins in his chair looked like he was about to have a mental breakdown. I've never seen someone look so hopelessly panicked.

Looks like he's started to straighten up now, maybe they can get their **** together for the rest. Walden is still looking brutal.

This world championship has to be the lowest standard of snooker for a long time. No one is capable of making a 50+ break. Ronnie isn't playing well at all but he's still going to win.

I was watching last night when Trump was I think 4 frames behind, and the market still had Trump as second fav to win the tournament. The other match is totally uninteresting.

Same here ... i only got 6/1 but it seemed like huge value to me.

If Walden gets to the final and costs me £350 then a weird scenario is possibly on the horizon because apparently he has agreed to give out the trophies at our snooker league end of year bash..

Im up for at least 3 trophies and im not going to be happy with him if he wins !

I'm not going to, but I'd totally respect anyone who did. Ronnie's a certainty to win.

Placing the bet on a betting exchange like Betfair of course, not at a bookies where they'll likely just steal your winnings.

Ronnie is playing well. His tournament average pot % is something like 93%. Plus his long game is back after the first round. He was unplayable against Bingham. Safety is good too. He's not going for stupid low percentage pots if he loses position like he used to. All the other players seem a bit starstruck around him and a bit knackered after their yearly PTC grind.
