Way to represent Viffer, I was watching your match with Corey and it was pretty entertaining. Not quite what I was expecting to see when I logged onto the computer that night.

I thought you'd come off the stall after the first two racks, was hoping I could watch a giant-sized heartbreak in the room as you busted the entire gambling community on the rail that night.

Congratulations! Fun article.

Congratulations Viffer. Do you think Hellmuth plays pool? If so

1. Play 9ball with Hellmuth
2. Call "9ball corner pocket" even though it's completely unnecessary
3. ???
4. Profit + make most of 2p2 lol.

Well done sir. Awesome.

I only heard of 2p2 because of AZB so it's kind of weird that I never lurk there anymore except to read the threads involving Dippy.

That said, congrats. I'm in Indiana and wanted to come down for the DCC but didn't. Props on the award.

Not trying to turn this into a 'pool' well again...

but I had heard a couple years ago that Corey was propping he could soft break a ninerack (on a barbox) and call every pocket before taking his first shot, then run out. What are your thoughts on this prop against Corey?

For the time he got alot of action so props to him.

Very cool.

Hey Dippy,

Heard you were down in FL playing out of corner pocket last month. I didn't get a chance to swing by but I would've loved to shoot the **** with you and play a few sets.
Shoot me a PM next time you're coming around.

Congrats on the award.

I think he's a favorite to get all the cash with this bet, change that bet to 10 ball instead and I don't think he can win.

lol this is a joke, id almost bet he could call every pocket before he even broke the balls.

Viffer,

I caught a lot of the tar feed. My favorite moment was when you moved one ball with Corey for like fifteen minutes both needing one ball, and then you binked a tough two-railer in his face (with perfect pocket speed, after all the commentators wouldn't stop talking about you didn't understand pocket speed lol). You also had a stretch vs. that guy who was giving you small weight (10-8 I think?) and you made 4 or 5 tough full-table banks, twists and turns) - not in one inning but just when full-length banks came up. What are your plans now? Are you gonna keep playing are do derby every year or lay off and play more poker?

Congrats on the award Viffer and good luck to you.

that was the prop he made actually, I worded it completely wrong obviously by saying "first shot" instead of implying he called it before he even broke

hearing about it inspired me to look into (semi) accurately trying to figure out where certain balls would go if I tried to control breaks, I never came within 1/1000th of the ability to call everyball in every pocket before soft breaking and still think it's a pretty awesome prop

trust me corey duell has the best soft break there is, on a bar table its no joke he might run 20 racks. im sure hes a favorite to do this on a good racking table. im sure he was racking his own.

i would give any thing to hear the comentary from my match with corey, i talked to justin from tar and they didnt record it really makes me sad.

If I've ever seen a better softbreak in 9ball than Corey's it was Donny Mills when he played Shane... and somehow doesn't get the cash. oooof.
