He definitely fires his gun in the episode with the Tower incident. Note that the trivia says it was a mistake and not by mistake.
Firing his gun there definitely falls in that category because randomly shooting at a tower at a 45 degree angle not aiming at anybody in particular is not a smart play and a mistake.

Such a difficult ranking. Bodie and Marlo move up on subsequent viewings. The girl with the boobs is at worst top 2 boobs in tv history along with AD in True Detective. Named my new puppy Bodie but Omar is still the king.
