Agreed. <3 Marsha Thomason (Diana) ever since she was Nessa on Las Vegas. Very solid episode
Yeah I really liked her on Las Vegas also.

OT: Has anyone watched Covert Affairs, on right after White Collar? I caught the last half or so of the series opener and thought it was ok.. better than I thought it would be I guess.
Actually I really liked the premiere of Covert Affairs. It wasn't great but it had a lot of good moments so I see some potential there. It was enough to get me to DVR last night's episode which sadly I didn't think was that good. I'd say that 2nd ep was just fairly average TV.

I missed the first 15 min of the episode..but what I caught seemed ok.. a step down from last weeks but ok nonetheless. It was nice to see Peter come up with the final idea to crack the case for once and letting Neil be unsure about how to do it..... not something that can happen all the time, but making Peter look like he knows what he's doing once in awhile lends to the credibility of the story that he was able to catch Neil.

Ok, so now Peter is back involved in the music box story.

This really needs to have an awesome payoff.

Another awful green screen scene in this episode too. Pretty good ep(aren't they all) but not quite as memorable or awesome as some of the other recent eps.

I really like Mozzy. Maybe I just like that actor, idk, I did like his character a lot in SG1 as well.

Yeah those green screen shots are just awful. I liked that they didn't force the music box story line into the end of the episode like they did last week. The story was a fun one...and again it was nice to see Peter not look like a moron that must rely on Neil in order to solve EVERY case.

More mozzy more money, what what.

For a character we know basically nothing about he is such a great part of the show and its nice for him to get his own ep - more or less.

I really liked this too. Another very good ep imo

Minor complaint, but do I really have to believe that Mozzy is straight? I can suspend disbelief for Neil, but not Mozzy.

Willie Garson is straight.

That's even less believable

I know right, lol.

But there is no way he is in the closet unless he is so far in he is in self denial. He was a gay guy on Sex and the City, the gayest show ever, so its not like he would lose work by coming out.

Sean Hayes just came out recently after doing Will & Grace for like 10 years, although I think he always just declined to comment on his sexuality rather than claim to be hetero so I guess that's different.

Again an ok episode.... I like that they didn't jam everything having to do with the plane/kate/music box at the end of the episode and instead spread it out throughout the episode a bit. With the insurance lady holding the tape and wanting the painting back from Neil... gotta wonder a bit where the story line with that is headed.

WC has hit a really nice balance between weekly stories and a plot that links the entire season and in fact series together.

Its pretty odd to have a show 1/3 through its second season having revealed so little about what the major storyline is, but at the same time it isnt frustrating because the one off episode stories are always pretty damn solid.

I'll agree with that assessment. I feel like that's the way to go if you want a show that is popular for quite awhile... it's part of why I like NCIS.. you only get small bits and pieces of each character and their past once in awhile and you get bits and pieces of the major storyline (well... ncis isn't the best example since they always have a big story line along with the really big storyline that's been on going for the entire series).

I really wish Laroquette would get more work. He's killed in pretty much everything he's ever done. Almost like Lithgow. My favorite might be TWW. How the f*ck did he not get more eps after that? And night court is an alltime top 10'er for me.

Another really good episode...

not sure if I should use spoilers or not.. so I will to be safe..

Spoiler:
-Fowler being the person that Kate called wasn't a surprise at all.
-Are we supposed to believe that Neil stole his anklet key from the marshal during that exchange at the end?

yes. I don't think he has intentions of using it to run, just to see that gallery he had been wanting to see. I'm sure he'll hang onto it though and it will probably come into play at some point in the season, otherwise there's no point of writing it into the script.

Yeah. He lifted the key as they got out of the van when they were following Moz in case you missed that bit.

Im really curious where they go with this, because i can foresee some pretty cool stories like Neil skipping out on his bail to chase after Kate's killer with Peter chasing and/or helping him.

Seeing one of Moz's hideouts was amazing too, that character has so much depth it is unreal and these occasional little glimpses are great.
