Upon re-examining DD's post, the part below was the part I think I was referring to originally. I'm saying it's as simple as what Sly says, and don't think I agree with this part of DD's post that a fly kind of doesn't count, since they're specifically programmed not to kill a fly:

It's a small point I think he's making, but I don't think the behavior can be thought of as innocuous as he appears to have stated it. It's literally a bug...lol. To me, the free will button seems to have been turned on. At any rate, it's certainly not something worth dwelling on.
