I can understand your point, but to many that's about as meaningful as saying that one bout of explosive diarrhea is "better" than the previous two.

I know, trying to find logic in this show is futile, but...

Last season, garbage lady was upset that she missed her chance to flag down the helicopter because [I don't remember who distracted her or why, but that's not that important].

Now we learn that she had a way of contacting the helicopter people all along? Why didn't she do that then?

They leaped @1 yr in between seasons. They did it back in the prison too. That way they can go from dire circumstance to dire circumstance without having to film, ya know, life after the ZA.

In a ****ing lawless world of ZA..... thats not a survival-mode outfit by any woman. Big-asspants, big-ass shirts and tape your tits down. Cut your hair. wear a fn sombrero. I mean, anything to not make a passing by-gang of thugs wanting to kill all your crew and rape you.

There's an even better reason not to bare skin during the zombie apocalypse.

yeah ikr but atleast by the time that chick entered the screen roamers were moving by the pace of a toddler so arguably other humans were the real threat.

I've actually very much enjoyed this season so far. They've done the human conflict thing much better than in past seasons. I wish that Rick's departure hadn't leaked, as having his death be a surprise would've been much better than the countdown to his final episode.

I'm not in it, though, so that's sad. I had my big moment last season, so I can't really complain.

What's with Neegan pining for his wife AND his baseball bat??

this episode is laughable. Milking Rick's death for all it's worth, bringing back LONG-DEAD Characters.

edit:

Oh FFS

Spoiler:
He's not even dead but whisked away by the mysterious helicopter? GTFO.

I assumed it was going to be helicopter once they started focusing on that story-line.

if Rick had actually gone out with a bang it would have been decent.

instead we get to look forward to a spinoff "The Wacky Adventures of Rick and the Garbage Woman"

weird cuz I thought andrew lincoln was leaving TWD because he wanted to go back to stage acting

also what was up with negan 2nite? a couple of eps ago he was telling rick they were getting the world ready for him, and now 2nite he was a pathetic blubbering mess in front of maggie. wtf

Negan just wants his bat back, apparently. There should be a spinoff of Negan searching for it.

Id like to believe Negan played Maggy, because this was his only way out.

If Rick was a "B" that whats an "A"

Also Rick is apparantly going to come back in planned movie versions of TWD per reports in Variety

So let me get this straight....through the whole episode, Rick is trying to get back to his family, right? He has visions that keep telling him things like, the only thing that matters is family. Etc.

So then he struggles, and crawls, and bleeds to make it back to his family - and then nobley sacrifices himself so the others won’t be overrun by the zombie hoard.

Okay, I can by that.

But THEN...

He gets whisked off to god knows where by the dues ex machine helicopter and garbage chick...and AWAY from his family and friends. Thereby negating everything he was trying to do in the first place.

God I hate this show so much.

All you need to know is that eightish-year-old Judith can easily headshot zombies from 100+ yards using a .357 Magnum.

Judith leaves the baseball game because Michonne is on deck; and chances upon a bat lodged in the stone.

But seriously TWD fooled me again even though they've bluffed the death of character like 3 times already. Glad to have watchable zombies back on Sunday night

I've been out for a couple seasons now, but read a review of the "death of Rick" episode and I just had to pop in here to loooooooooooool at this show. With the absolute glut of content out there, sticking with a show this bad is nigh inexcusable.

the worst part of the whole thing is that jumping way forward in time negates any of the interesting character development that could result from "killing" Rick.

Eh, I enjoyed the episode and think this season as been quite good. Really liked the Shane near-death dream. Herschel one was decent. Sasha one was bleh. I did think the rescue of Rick at the end was kind of dumb and obviously leaves us with a million questions, but now that I know there are going to be Rick movies, I guess I can understand it.

Kind of intrigued by the flash-forward. It's basically rebooting the show. Plus Dan Fogler is awesome and I'm interested to see what the deal is with the talking zombies (I don't read the comics).

I'll tell you one thing that has annoyed the hell out of me, though: people that are or have been "regulars" as walkers. Holy ****. I've seen multiple people who have been walkers post extended thank yous to Rick on Facebook, that it was "an honor" to "work with" Andrew Lincoln. One dude is still milking his appearances from the seasons in the prison, trying to sell autographed pictures and somehow getting invites to be at regional conventions. He's a random walker, as random as I have been (and at least I got a sweet closeup kill last season and actually kind of did "work with" an actor, in a sense).

Yay, he killed you a couple times. Don't pretend like you are colleagues.

EDIT: Back to the Rick finale, it did just occur to me that he lost a metric **** ton of blood, but whatever, I guess.
