Although I want to recommend a movie to you zombie lovers if you haven't seen it already

The Dead (2010) is as far as "realism" in zombie movies goes one of the most realistic and well done I've seen in quite a while with a unique setting and great atmosphere and has a nice oldschool zombie feel to it!

make sure to check it out if you like if you like zombie movies that dont build on cheap scares and over the top action scenes but on a slow but overall scary and constantly dangerous mood
This movie was really really good for a zombie movie. I mean, the acting and dialogue were crap but it was gorgeously shot(on location it seems) and it avoided being aggressively ******ed. The budget for that is really weird, how did they actually film in Africa and have pretty good CGI headshots and all that but then also have $0 for actors?

The one weirdness I'd have with it is exactly the opposite of the other guy's complaints. It is set in the African wilderness for the most part, why are there so many zombies just shuffling around? Shouldn't they be like, near where they lived? Or near other people that they want to eat?

Why pull the "kid gets shot and everyone is devastated" card right now? We have to get attached to the characters remotely to care about the situation or their reactions, and guess what writers, y'all have done a ****ty job of doing that even remotely up to this point.

So we are forced to sit through like 30 minutes of drama around it bored out of our minds.

They're just trolling us dudes, I don't know why, but the writers decided to troll us this season.

Yeah, it's absurd that they keep piling more and more subplots into each episode without bothering to resolve any or make us care.

They did this episode I think finally wrap up the plot about the radiator hose for the RV that was introduced in like episode 2 of last season, but Morgan and Merle are both still floating around there unresolved. They've also managed to kinda blow their wad early on the child endangerment stuff by having Sofia run away and then shooting Carl before they found her. So now I don't even give a **** about the Sofia problem anymore. And I sure as **** don't care about T-Dog's arm issue.

OH, and to the guy who was like "lol its been 30 minutes to take 1 of the 6 bullets out, will each get their own 30 minutes?" who's laughing now? Each fragment doesn't get its own 30 minutes, each bullet fragment will clearly get its own episode.

Okay, so Im very far from the best at predicting, or even really thinking about 30 mins into the future of the show, but literally when they said they had to go get supplies from a zombie infested area I immediately thought "Okay so show ends on them getting trapped by zombies there"

Seriously could there be a 1 hour show episode with less content?

Outline of script:

Girl still lost
Boy still shot
Lori learns about son
Guys leave to get supplies
Add 1 zombie
Fin

And how does a vet know about bullet fragments? That really confused me.

Rick's son is shot and is in critical condition and needs blood transfusions that only Rick can give him.

"I gotta go find Lori now cuz Lori should totally know about this!"

1 minute of running from surprisingly fast zombies, 30 minutes of bed side mourning, 10 minutes of pondering the meaning of life and wondering why this hasn't been cured yet, like teh aids wuz.

Sweet christ they've even jumped the so bad it's good shark.

In his defense, the last time tweedledum left him in a hospital situation that whole ****ing his wife and lying about his death stuff happened. I'd be pretty nervous about that dude leaving too.

I just realized how brilliant the show really is. There's one black guy and they're calling him T-Dog. If he ends up saying "Oh hell naw" when he realizes he's turning into a zombie, I think we gotta give the writers credit for being the master trolls they really are

Then Lori gets there.

"Hey you're a doctor? You've done this before? I'm really angry and concerned so you better have some experience!"

"Im a vet"

"Oh, so you're a random person that lives in the backcountry that we stumbled upon after our son got shot that has actual surgical experience of some sort! In the middle of a zombie apocalypse! Thats nice, but you're not a real doctor. **** you, go die in a grease fire!"

Yea this episode was a lot better than the last one at least.

Also the mother freaking out because dudes a vet is annoying but very believable. She just learned the live of her child is in the hands of an animal doctor. Most women are stupid and would act exactly the same.

I like how after the commercial break they show them hiding behind the police car. Then they're like "let's take a look" and peek up over the car to see a horde of zombies. Like how the f* did you get to that spot without seeing a freaking horde of zombies.

I also like how, despite having a few different windows in the "MEDICAL VAN", instead of looking out of one, the best option the officer took is to swing the door wide open and then get surprised when zombies are there.

Halfway through the episode I got confused and thought this terrible show that I still watch was that other terrible show I still watch, falling skies. I was convinced the "farm" family were going to turn out to be working in alliance with the zombies and stealing kids and feeding them to zombies to keep their survival.

Anyway, the two of them better get to work stabbing zombies through that gate.

Also, didn't that Otis guy say the school had been overrun but that it's probably cleared out by now? Yet we learn that apparently after zombies have feasted on a particular area, they just do laps in the parking lot for weeks, lol.

I was actually thinking of Falling Skies too when I watched this and I thought that between that and s1 of Walking Dead, one good thing about tonight's episode was that they met a new group of people who WEREN'T some gang of thieves or hostile militia. Refreshing.
