The Walking Dead Season 2 (Premieres Sunday 10/16 at 9PM ET on AMC) - Page 195

Why does this make bashing the show "silly?" I watched a few early episodes of 24, I thought it was gimmicky and really bland. I hear that it became a parody of itself in later episodes-- and this is the bar you've set for "watchable?" And if this lax criteria is met then it is silly to critique the show?

I guess all I was saying is somehow this thread has 5k posts. There is a lot of good TV out there that actually is somewhat thought provoking and could be interesting to discuss. All of the issues that y'all have identified probably starting in ep 2 have only grown, or stayed constant. Yes, it didn't meet our expectations... not even close... but at some point you just have to let that go.

I think it's "silly" that this is probably the largest current TV thread running. Justified is really good this season, check it out.

I had a dream about The Walking Dead last night and it basically was the best episode ever. Everyone died except for Rick (Lori and Maggie died by jamming broken bottles through their throats, which made me think my brain intended it as a nightmare but didn't realise how much I would enjoy that). Al Bundy and Jefferson D'Arcy lived too.

Yeah, I shouldn't watch TV before going to sleep.

Either that or they are the conclusions any reasonably well-watched (does that work like well-read lol?), smart TV viewer would come to about this show.
