I think all the tertiary characters like Furlong and Lumberg are my favorite part the show. The senators/reps she has meetings with almost always kill it.

Lumberg is so awesome. Furlong is pretty good, as is the senator with the uncomfortable chairs. And Selina's ex rules.

Love all the lawmakers. And the guy with the 64 oz coffee/beer mug

"I give great talking head" was definitely the best line in the episode.

I don't think I'm stretching much when I say I think that might have been the funniest episode in the series so far. We stopped and rewound for about 12 jokes, so I can't wait to watch it a second time.

This show just keeps getting better. That was like high-comedy art. Veep as a farce.

Best line:

"You're the Vice-President's secretary. That's like being Garfunkel's roadie."

Show is so amazing, it would be such a shame if it's not nominated for Best Comedy this year at the EMMYs. Really sad the season's over already.

Favorite line was, "Our spineless, flip flopping, f**k bag of a President".

I think it's really smart for them to make the next two years campaign-centric. It will keep the show fresh, I think it would have been bad to stick with the same format. I don't think the show could ever make the transition to Selina being president, the series should end after season four in a heartbreaking loss.

Heartbreaking loss? LOL, she has no chance of being President and is completely delusional (it would only be appropriate for her to lose in a landslide). The campaign will be hilarious because we'll see all the machinations, and all of the bizarro play between Chung, Furlong, Selina, and of course the person we've never seen yet. You know, the one that will come out of nowhere and beat them. Can't wait til next season.

Almost forgot that Gabe basically acted like he didn't want to be with Amy. Dude clearly doesn't know his league...lol.

Didn't he turn that around a bit when Selina seemed to be headed towards running? He wasn't into it when she was almost out of a job, then he was trying to get her attention when they were all excited for the election.

Yes. I think he just wanted their "relationship" to be random sex because they were too busy to have a real relationship. When the prospect of a real relationship came up, he was like, "whoa, let's slow down a bit". When she was "back in the saddle", he wanted to take it back to what they usually have, and she was basically like f off lol.

I thought he was not as into it because she was about to be jobless, then back into it when the job might've meant (though she'll lose) she'd be much higher profile. Your's works, too.

It's a bit of both. He wants to be powerful, but he's not really interested in a relationship. It's just hilarious that stalker Gabe would be uninterested in having a real relationship with a woman who is in all reality way out of his league. He's actually been really outstanding on the show.

I'm glad he was Gabe, it just makes this character that much better.

He's had my two favorite lines from this season, both of which I've used in real life (fully credited) because they were so good.
