HBO doesn’t have much else. House of Dragons is about it. They’ve run the network into the ground.

I gave up on the infamous episode 4 of season 2. It seems like general consensus is that this season is a pass as well?

I thought S2 was the weakest - yes, more so than S4.

S2 is hands down the weakest.

I thought S3 was decent and S4 was also ok, just behind 3.

Nothing came close to 1 obv

OK thanks you two. Since I passed on S3 sounds like I should pass on this as well.

This would be my take as well for the most part. A rewatch doesn’t do S2 many favors but it does make for a fun but pointless hypothetical on what it could’ve been if they were given the right amount of time. There are moments here and there but the gritty tone in the first half made for something really interesting. It just never quite got there.

As for S4, I really liked the reveal on what really happened and I thought the entire sequence was great. I just didn’t like almost any of the rest of it.

S1 was a great bro-mance with intelligent dialogue

S2 was horrible.

S3 I didn't watch because S2 was so horrible, but it is about time I watched S3

S4 didn't have the S1 type wo-mance or the intelligent dialogue. Episode 5 was great and had a different stylist feel to the rest of the episodes. Had the other episodes of this season had the same style or feel of episode 5, then this could have been a worthy season. I give it a passing grade of 7/10.

I guess it got good ratings. I'm surprised but on the flip side there just isn't much new content to watch right now across the streaming services.

They've had more misses in the last 5 years than they did in the previous 15 but still a lot better than anything else out there IMO.

Finally got around to watching the finale. It was bloated, but fine. It was a drop off versus E5, but on a par with, if not a bit better than, the rest. Speaking of bloat, I think the stuff with Danvers' stepdaughter didn't really add anything and if removed likely would've been a net positive. And yeah, what happened Oliver Tabaq, and why address him at all if they don't wrap that up?

Everyone happy with this prediction?

I have finished episode 3 and really can't see myself making my way to the end of the season without a lot of help of being distracted by watching other things at the same time. It is really a disgrace. Whoever thought she would do a good job should get the sack. This is the worst thing that HBO has ever produced - and now John from Cincinnati is no longer at the bottom of that list.
