Have not watched this show in years although the spouse has always watched it. I ended up watching this week and it was pretty predictable in terms of who was going to win and who was going home.

I can't fathom disliking Shirley, even though she is shrill. I actually like all of the chefs remaining which has made this one of the best seasons imo, even though it was a little unfortunate that the rookies got destroyed.

Tragic that only one of the two in LCK can advance.

If Tom had picked the Larb I'd say it's up for grabs but that soup looked delish, easy game for Brooke. Then just knock John out and it'll be fun to watch Sheldon destroy either Brooke or Shirley. I'm not buying the Sheldon cocktail headfake on the preview, he's throwing nothing but strikes.

IDK, I like chill old guy John who has seen the error of his past ways etc. He's my least favorite left but still way better than some other contestants who have gone deep. The only episode where he came off badly was Restaurant Wars and that was mostly Katsuji.
