I understand that sentiment but the across the board level of hatred seems extreme

Comparing him to Dane Cook is bad. Dane Cook is a no talent hack. Ferrell can still be good judging from EB&D.

I had Dane Cook pegged as a no talent loser from the start. I think Boondock Saints is an entertaining movie but not BEST EVAR like some people think.

It still isn't. The APPLAUSE sign is used ad nauseum and with really bad timing all over the place on that show and it just sucks.

I know I'm old guy preaching to the younger generation when I say this....but it's just so true that 'back in my day' Letterman was actually funny.
+1 - Larry "Bud" Melman forever

A look into the future, these have always been some of my favorite skits

My bro and I both audibly booed at bumping it up to 3000 from 2000, but having Richter rather than a random guest improves the prospects of the skit.

I disagree. In the year 2000 lost a lot when they were doing it in the year 2003

The 2000 thing was funny when it was an extablished running bit on the old show but you have to remember that, like it or not, Conan is being introduced to a MUCH wider audience at 11:30 and people who have never seen him before will be like wtf are tyhey doing making predictions for a time that has already passed. If they were ever going to change it now is the time to do it.... Countdown to people saying Conan is selling out because he switched it to 3000.

I don't have a problem with Conan changing it for the Tonight Show, seems pretty standard. Just saying that one of the great things about the bit was that they were doing the year 2000 in 2006 or whenever.

She's one of those few women that seems to get better looking as she ages. This has been discussed before but back in the Seinfeld days she was barely doable, now she is hot.

It's all about the hair/outfits. Elaine was smoking when she had the long curly hair worn down the last few seasons.

So they played the hangover clip and cut to break, so I flipped to Dave and they were showing the exact same clip. Turns out Zach G. is the second guest over there.

Did anyone find that Hangover clip even remotely funny? Looks like another in a long line of complete crap comedies to me.
