So untrustworthy that she came straight to him when she felt threatened? Nah. I think he's in anybody but me zone and just not showing the panic. It's almost like he's a figurehead for Adam's group that's actually dictating the boot order.

I agree he’s anyone but me on that tribe. He’s outnumbered and he knows it.

The people that have been voted out should be saving them.

Um, you can't. Upon being voted out you have to bequeath your fire token(s) to someone still in the game. You can get more on EoE, but from what I gather everyone - by design - will arrive at EoE with zero fire tokens,

Only way I could see it is maybe post merge, eating a decent meal the day before a vital immunity challenge for extra energy. But even then, you would have to be a super weak player on the bottom to even consider it.

I said the people that have been voted out should save them, which they can. I didn't say the people being voted out should save them....the people at risk of being voted out should be using them if given the opportunity.

Do we know if a player has more than one token, do they have to forfeit all fire tokens when being voted out or just one?

I was hoping that by now we’d have had a challenge where the reward was that every player on the winning tribe also got a fire token.

That might have encouraged joint spending on the tarp/comfort items earlier in the game, but that’s even less likely now that there is knowledge of how EoE barter works.

But production is probably waiting for someone to pluck the two tokens from the immunity skull’s eyes before they drastically inflate the currency.

The only logical choice for edge players is to save tokens to get the challenge advantage. If I was on edge I'd try to convince people that if everyone does that then there's no actual advantage. Instead everyone should spend tokens on food, luxuries and booze to make life better.

When the beef is that Parv didn't talk to Danni which made Danni feel left out, why don't Parv and Danni get in a room and try to hash things out? I mean I realize when someone is THAT emotionally weak, there may be no fixing the problem, but it appeared Rob/Parv Company didn't even try.

Bad job Old Fart alliance for not including Danni in their powwow. Bad job Danni for not trying to touch base with the alliance privately before blowing up the alliance in front of Ben. And bad job Ethan for being like, omg, you realize this guy isn't in our alliance, right?

And really bad job Rob for not trying to make an alliance with Jeremy and Nat that first week. The Adam types are exactly who you need to get out if you are Rob and Jeremy. They are thinking players who come across as non-threatening and they are NOT in your wheelhouse as far as alliance material.

Just watched the ep:

Yes, Danni was useless and surprisingly bad.

Rob has solid with Ethan and Parvati. I don't think he was expecting to have to do strategy so soon in the game so much, and also didn't plan on completely blowing a puzzle challenge, which was brutal. If it was a typical season with newcomers he would have been voted out right there just for that.

I don't really get the whole two part idol thing - so you both need to agree to give the whole idol to one of you in order to use it? And what if you get voted out - does the other person get the other half automatically?

Sophie is in a good spot in that she has trust from key people and is flying under the radar. Jeremy also doing well so far.

Parvati even years later and post kid still looks smoking hot.

l.
It seems like it happens quick on the show. But in reality, by the time the info got back to Rob and Parvati, it couldve been several hours later. I think the toothpaste is out of the tube.
Couple that with danni not giving them a majority AND the rest of the tribe sees Danni as expendable, just cutting ties with her is fine

I would say almost certainly not. When they go out, your half idol is a prop

I agree with this so much.

Have any of you watched Big Brother live feeds before? it's eye happening comparing that to the edited episode you see on TV. One of the biggest mistakes people make is not talking to their allies enough.

I think Adam is playing by far the best on Sele. Successfully pushed the target off of him for the first vote, convinced Denise not to give Parv the second half of the idol (that was LOL worthy - did she not watch HvVs?!), and is in what I believe to now be the power position of the tribe. He's waiting for the "right time" to strike at Parv/Rob.

I have a fairly substantial pick the winner bet with friends that has to be in by Monday. If you are willing to give me your choice with reasons why I am all ears.

Dude be careful, I've heard the season is spoiled. I would never make a substantial bet on something that is predetermined

It's pretty much family so I'm not concerned about that. So don't worry about me and let me know your pick if interested.

If someone gets it right I have the right to call them a cheat.

I certainly don't want spoilers in here. I'm a week by week watcher and have no desire in knowing who actually wins if it is out there so if people are worried about you can ignore my request. There are a couple of them that I like but I guess I won't even go there. I just thought it would be interesting to hear what people are thinking at this point.

Before the season started I told my friend I think Adam had a good shot, because he's not that likable, a newer winner (not that memorable imo) but still smart and good at the game.

So far, 2 episodes in, I think he's on the right track. Also think Sophie has a great shot, but she's a bit too likable. Same with Yul, nobody is gonna target him for a long time because he's just a nice, logical player but I doubt anyone wants to sit next to him at the end.

+1 to spoilers being scum of the earth, I don't even wanna see twitter comments from contestants.

Uhh I dunno why PocketInfinities said that but we should definitely be able to discuss our favorites and who we think is playing/doing well, that seems to be the whole point of the thread..
