The editing has been praised this season, and rightfully so. But I don't really think it's as simple as "give people more equal screen time". I really think it's down to the cast, having everyone being captivating and therefore the ability for it not to be a boring ass show whilst giving everyone equal screen time. A bit of a chicken/egg thing in terms of casting/editing.

I kind of liken both Alison and Kara to Natalie from San Juan. Natalie was kind of around and involved to some degree, but then when it got down to low numbers she cranked and ended up winning.

yeah, it was crazy how much the timing/sequence of the different conversations affected things. if they had the chance to talk originally, there never would've been a problem. it was just a simple misunderstanding. im not really sure why Davie assumed the worst and jumped to getting Nick out so quickly. he obviously had the right read that Nick was faking it, but im not sure why that led him to believe Nick was playing Davie as well -- i thought they were in it together. but i suppose its a sign the relationship/alliance wasn't as strong as it needed to be since he immediately did not give Nick the benefit of the doubt

luckily they were able to talk later, but i do think some damage was done in terms of Davie's relationship with Kara/Allison -- whether in the game, or for when they are jurors (if Davie was to make it to the end). you don't want to lead people on with a plan like that and turn around and do the opposite. it will also hurt his relationship with Nick when Nick learns Davie didn't trust him and actively hatched a plan to get him out

just a few episodes ago, we never would've guessed the davids would turn on each other this much and the goliaths would stay together. such a crazy season

maybe he figures she doesn't matter since she won't be on the jury

i agree, i think shes right on par with davie in terms of jury votes -- and its super unlikely they'd be at final tribal together. this would probably be my ranking of who would win jury votes

so whoever is the highest on that list to make FTC would win. i kinda still think it will be nick who makes it. the reason i wouldn't make alison the favorite is because she's a huge risk to get voted out in the next two votes.

the reason i'd put alison ahead of davie is because she seems to have favor with christian and gabby, which would be crucial if most of the jurors go by tribal lines. which i only bring up because the rest of the goliaths all seem to like alison (with the exception of angelina). certainly alec, and then id expect dan and john to vote for her as well. then if she had christian and gabby, that's 5. plus you might get some anti-davie sentiment from elizabeth.

so ya, i would agree alison's ftc odds are very underrated in this thread. however, i dont think she makes ftc
