Watching local version of Survivor (it's ****, almost no strat). They had an interesting twist at the merge: At the merge everyone gets all their votes from the first merge tribal until the semi finals, and can be used as they please (going from not voting in certain tribals to using all their votes in 1 tribal).
Thinking about it, it's a very exploitable twist that I do not like at all. But I'm curious whether this was ever done in American Survivor? I've only been watching for 15ish seasons.
What was the name of the podcast by the American and Australian 2p2ers that did super in depth recaps and occasional season retrospectives. I'm just about finished watching Fans v Favorites for the first time and would love a good retrospective soon. It's a great season.
I'm guessing you're thinking of Dom & Colin (British, not Australian) but IIRC they started around ~S23, so they likely don't have much (if any) FvF specific content
Yes! Thank you (and apologies for calling Dom Australian). Looks like they only have retrospectives relating to that season with Yau-Man and Fair play, neither of whom really made it far enough to talk about the season in too much depth.
