Re: Survivor S35: Heroes v. Healers v. Hustlers

I mean when there's drama early isn't it only because of especially bone headed decision making? Optimal Survivor play early on will always look rather boring. With that in mind I'm going to wait many more weeks before holding out judgment for this season.

If you want "drama", 90's House on MTV is absurd

Re: Survivor S35: Heroes v. Healers v. Hustlers

The only chance this season is entertaining at all rests on Patrick surviving and lasting long into the season. We must will him to survive tonights obvious elimination edit 7 mins into this episode.

Come on bub!

Re: Survivor S35: Heroes v. Healers v. Hustlers

merge to 3 tribes of 5?
or do the dumb thing where 1 person gets left un-swapped

I think it's a bad move by red tribe, because Lauren knows she's on the outs. and Patrick wouldve been right in the middle of their unit going forward. ESPECIALLY because he lacks social skills.

Lauren strikes me as someone who’s gonna be blindly loyal for a long time, and is quite a lot more stable than Patrick. I think it was probably smart to keep her over him

I was wondering how tribe swap would work, but you’re right with the idea of 1 person getting unswapped. I don’t think they’d do 3 tribes of 5, that would be stupid

For people writing off this season already, like come on. Survivor doesn’t really start until tribe swaps/merge. We have no idea what will happen yet. So relax

Patrick was a complete goofball with no clue how to play the game. No great loss.

Also I think it actually helps Ali that he's gone, and I want to see her go far.

Sucks to be one of these foolhardy business owners like Patrick who get roped into appearing on Survivor when they have no chance of winning and will come off looking crazy. No one wants to hire a potential serial killer to help them move.

Re: Survivor S35: Heroes v. Healers v. Hustlers

He was an idiot but I think he was a victim of a bad edit as well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him as a mover and appearing on the show will only improve his business prospects imo.

Well i was sufficiently inebriated last night that the editors totally had me fooled and i thought for sure Lauren was going home. That was a nice change of pace to be fooled by the edit.

Lol Patrick. He was so terrible. Even with someone initially allied with him and trying to help him.

This. It seems like a totally standard beginning of season for new players. Let's see how things shape up next week after the swap and later after the merge. Ali, Chrissy, and Jessica seem like good players, I'm interested to see how they do after the swaps and merge.

And this. Desi, Ali, and Jessica are all nice to look at, and Chrissy has a great rack for a 46-year old.

Yeah, she hasn't gotten much screentime. She was Miss Virginia for both the Miss America and Miss USA systems.

Funny...I didn't either until earlier today.

Ali may have the best ass in the history of the show though.
