Kid obviously could just spoil John Rockr on his way out if that's so. Not really a concern I imagine.

"Xxth person voted out: Wes"

Wes: " this dude is famous mlb pitcher john rockr and has made millions, peace"

Along these lines, I always wanted Dawson to vote for Jeff Kent at some point during S25 and write down his full name.

But what good does that do Keith then? I agree that Rocker is more likely to vote out Keith than Keith outing him.

Bonus Clips

Val is a realtor and mother on Survivor. Keeping her cop status a secret. She wants people to think she is a fun loving mom. (She might want to take the chip off her shoulder if she's aiming for the funtime mommy image. I'm guessing an actual funtime mommy doesn't give off a combative, prideful, vibe on the first episode.) "I have to be on top of the relationships that people are creating or trying to create." She talks a good game. Very rah rah strong women. (I'm interested in seeing how she adjusts to the vote not going her way. I'm also increasingly annoyed with Stephen suggesting she's not terribly fit, just glossing right over those push ups she banged out in the meet Jeremy and Val video. This lady is no Cirie. Physical game much greater...social game much worse, I suspect.)

Wes proud to be a fireman. Has the danger gene. Has watched all seasons. Dreamed of being on the show. He's about to win the game of Survivor...so there. Not the brightest bulb, this Wes. He's playing for the money.

Reed is a singer/dancer/actor/aerialist/contortionist/Spider-man. Big Survivor fan. Gets cranky when he misses a meal. Motivation is the title of Sole Survivor (he's about winning...I approve). Wants to lay back a bit in the early going. Wants to make everything look effortless. Grew up on a ranch, camping, etc. But has spent the past decade in New York City. Family has always been supportive of him...loved him no matter what.

Natalie seems like the less sweet twinnie of the two. A take charge person. Grew up with a harsh environment with monsoons and so forth. Prides herself in being a tomboy...strong and tough. Wants to test herself...and obviously win the million bucks. Wants to keep strong teammates and win in the early going. She would like to think she's the nice twin, but knows in her heart that she's the evil one. The twin bond is > any other bond.

SS Nadiya: Watching these guys bicker over starting their fire on the first night is actually kind of amusing. Still not comprehending all the twinnie hate. I also thought Nadiya was funny on RHAP. They seem somewhat delusional, but in an amusing way...at least in these small doses. (I don't watch Amazing Race.)

Not rooting for anyone yet. That douchey model guy needs to go.

As for the kid not outing Rocker, then he runs the risk of Rocker wanting to vote him out so he can't tell others. I don't see any harm for him in just outing it. Not being blindside by Rocker et al is > than maybe having Rocker in his back pocket for holding the info secret.
its always better to pocket the alpha male rather than out him and go against him.

Julie's edge is that she doesn't quit very easily. She sets her mind on a goal and she doesn't give up. Her best quality is her ability to create friends immediately. Extremely observant...almost to a fault. Did not have a dime when she started her business. Worked hard. It was exhausting. Etc. It all sounds very impressive. She persevered. Probably a good salesman, this lady. Very much like-minded with Val about not needing a protector.

Keith has been a firefighter going on 30 years. Keith loves the south. Wants to win a milly. Happy about being able to do this with his son. Would be proud of Wes if he won, but secretly hopes to make it a little farther and be like...what! (he didn't put it quite like that, but you get me) LOL "I was real proud of Wes when he got on at the fire dept. I knew right off the bat he wasn't going to be a brain surgeon or astronaut."

Josh works in theater, also a song writer, writes musical, choir director at his church. When he's not doing anything else he cater-waiters. He grew up in Michigan and traveled around America with his pastor dad going to different churches every 2 and 1/2 weeks for 18 years. Undergrad in Ohio. Masters in Scotland. Did theater in London for a while before moving to New York. Doing theater is like Survivor in that you get thrown in with a group of people you don't know and have to live and breath and act with them day in a day out. Doesn't want to come out too strong in the beginning. Wants to connect with everyone on his tribe. People have an easy time trusting him. People tell him their troubles in everyday life (which seems to fit with what happened in episode one. ....Talks a really good game.) "It's a game. I'm going to make you feel like I'm so invested in you. But in my mind, I'm like, I'm going to use you." His dad and all his brothers are pastors, the youngest not yet, but plans to be in the ministry. Family was surprisingly supportive of him deciding to be in the theater instead. Sounds like some might not be as wild about him being gay, but Josh is very self assured and that is what matters.

Kelly a marketing manager from Seattle. Thinks she's a natural leader. It's something that is easy for her. Has to make sure she doesn't come on too strong. Duties she had growing up on the farm probably gives her an edge on the other women. She also played soccer and tennis in high school. Very competitive minded. Known as the 'payback bitch' in her co-ed soccer league. Huge fan of Survivor. People see her hair and face and tend to label her dumb blond. She can be controlling and impatient. Wants to form a good bond with a couple of people. She and her dad have had their ups and downs. Have had a period of time where they didn't talk. But she's excited about having the opportunity to do this with her dad.

Missy says sniffing someone's smelly armpit is a daily activity in cheerleading. She's been married and divorced three times. Sounds like number three really didn't go her way. Has left her with some venom which she may use to sting people. (I'm sure that will go well in Survivor.) Says she is here for Baylor. Has another child, Abby, back at home...breaks down a bit and says it was super hard to leave her for so long. Walk the talk. Put your boots and and keep trekking through the mud. You work hard for something and you will succeed. Press on, just press on (I think she got that one from Lee.) Coaching cheerleading not a huge money maker. She's pretty athletic and is amazing at puzzles. The challenges are going to be easy for her. But her social skills are what will take her to the top. Plans to know every person intimately...not to be confused with sexually--her words, not mine. She's the key person to make sure that her tribe stays a winning tribe. She will make sure they stay bonded and flowing. Having Baylor here will help her push herself to her limit.

Real Estate Rocker runs a home for disabled veterans. His body won't let him play baseball anymore, so now he looks for the next challenge whether it be a card game or what have you. Likes the many challenges Survivor offers. Physical, mental, emotional challenges while your body is under duress. Blathers on, comparing Survivor with the grind of the baseball season. His biggest fear in the game is not getting bit by a snake or spider...it's possibly getting voted off first. Would be humiliated if he got voted off first. Would like to play the game as an unknown, but will just say 'you got me' if someone recognizes him.

Jeremy has been a firefighter for 14 years. Married to Val for 9 years, together for 13 years, been friends for more like 20 years. Have two daughters 11 and 8. One daughter like Val one like Jeremy. Huge fan of Survivor. Takes notes on the show. Dieted to shrink his stomach. Grew fingernails to be able to undo knots. Not winning is failure...even if Val wins. He will be so disappointed. He wants to have two more kids, preferably twin boys. They need a bigger house. Would like to be able to use money to help his mom and dad.

Drew is a proud mamma's boy and goofball. A thrill chaser. Model/actor. Actually works in the family business as a sales rep (construction materials). Wants to prove he is more than just a pretty face. He's kind of a hard ass. Quitting is not an option. Other cast members might be intimidated by his social ability and swimming ability. He's a taurus...a natural leader and do what he wants kind of guy. Bugs and weather might be a problem since he won't be able to call his mamma and have her make everything better--his words, not mine...for the most part. Happy to have his brother with him. Alec is a mentally tough guy. He's a big competitor. Drew more easy going. Doesn't want his tribe to know that he's a model/actor, that he has money and is a successful guy. Is going to tell them he's in construction.

Jaclyn is a media planner/buyer at an ad agency. Was Miss Michigan USA 2013. Entered because she knew some people who were in the competition, and she knew she could beat them...no way were they representing Michigan on her watch. She doesn't like being labeled and dismissed as a pageant girl. Plans to play the no-uterus card for sympathy. Might as well get something good out of a crap situation. (Might not be aware of how they voted out the chick without a leg in Nic.) May snap really quickly if hungry or tired. ...could be a problem.

The other Jon is a finance professional...which seems pretty vague. He played outside line backer for Michigan U. A lot of college athletes have an advantage in this type of situation because you constantly have to be making adjustments in the heat of the moment. He's a high energy guy. Makes him very likable...maybe some think he's a jackass, but he doesn't care. Wants to disarm opponents with his little kid playing in the sand image. Jaclyn more of a anchor than a motor in his boat. Happy to have the experience with her, but will constantly be worrying about her...wanting to help her. He brings the youth out of Jaclyn, and she brings the maturity out of him. Checks and balances. Money = kid.

Dale is self-employed farmer. Born and raised. Parents live next door to him. Can't think of anything else he'd like to do. Crops are his alliance. He checks his crops twice a day. Doesn't get out much. Bit of a hermit. Biggest concern is the starvation factor. He races bicycles. Flaw might be that he's sometimes too nice and trusting in everyday life. Downhill skier. Works in the heat of summer all the time. Not worried about the elements. Want to keep the strong guys around for a while, but not too long because you don't want to have to compete against them later. He and his daughter are both stubborn as hell...but she's the only one of these people he wants to talk to after the game. (Curious to see if he actually makes a bond with anyone.) "I raised Kelly to be strong and independent and to think for herself. And once she graduated high school, that's exactly what she did. She went out and started her own life, and we lost contact for a while." Four or five years. They are slowly growing back together. Will have to check himself from reacting like a dad if someone hurts Kelly in the game.

Alec is a student athlete at Fla Gulf Coast. Plays lacrosse. Big on water sports. Loves fishing and surfing. Is a ladies man. Very competitive in everything he does. Can catch, clean, cook fish. Been camping in the everglades...(that doesn't sound safe). Speaks his mind..."might tell you exactly how I feel about you in an ugly way....Being the Sole Survivor is so much cooler than winning a million dollars." (again...may be unpopular, but I'm totally with you, Alec. My husband is all about the money...I'm about the winning. Naturally, would be happy that winning = milly, but for me it would be a little more about the winning.) Six months ago had no idea this was a possibility, and now he's on Survivor. Drew goes to work on Fridays, while Alec wakes up and goes fishing. Wheee.

Baylor is a 20 year old student. She's very young. Wants a career in song writing. Money would really help her family. She and mom and 13 year old sister are the three muskateers. Happy to have this experience and to grow. Cheerleading is a sport. It's tough. yada. People consider her flirty. She doesn't like that word because it can be misleading, but she's totally going to use flirting to manipulate people. Strategy is to lay low in the beginning. Will have to hold back her flirty, life-of-the-party ways in the early going. Not scared to blindside or switch alliances if necessary.

I think sometimes people see 'alpha male' and can't fathom the idea of that guy being in someone's pocket so their eyes go right over that part. But you'd think a person who would LOL at Rocker being in charge of anything wouldn't have the problem so it is a bit confusing.

I think the more LOL part of this whole discussion is that doesn't the pocket in question belong to Wes. I LOL at the idea of that guy putting people in his pocket. He can't even figure out how many letters are in Rocker's name. He's going to be pocketing people?

But I agree with your general premise.

Sounds delusional. I'm predicting an early/mid boot for her.

The morning after the premiere, I woke up and took my dog for a walk outside along the sidewalk, as I do.

I saw a sort of chubby brown chick in work out clothes walking down the street, literally walking down Hollywood Blvd in the middle of the street. It totally looked like one of the twins, but I chalked it up to the sleepiness still in my eyes, and that I had Survivor on the brain from the night before. Also, I didn't see them on TAR and my extent of the fottage I've seen of them was last night's episode and a couple of preview interviews, so they're not as recognizable to me as they would be to others.

What kept my eye on her is why on earth she was actually walking in the middle of the ****ing road. And a car started coming toward her. She got out of the way just in time, but in a very casual manner, with no regards to the fact that a car was just coming right toward her, and it had to swerve a little bit out of the way to avoid her. Truly bizarre.

Then I saw about 10 feet away walking in the same direction as her, but on the other side of the street (and actually on the sidwalk), was another girl who looked and dressed exactly like her.

Yes, it was the twins.

Why on earth one of them was choosing to walk down the middle of the street is beyond me. But I guess that's what you can really chalk them up to. A couple of weirdos with totally odd and often offputting behavior, part of which includes being inept and oblivious to the world around them. And of course being reality tv stars, and being with someone at all times who is exactly like them behaving in the same exact ways, justifies and reinforces their behaviors.
