Naonka actually hasn't graduated yet. They feel bad for her so they let her lead the jumping jacks and giant parachute sessions

Didn't like the episode for several reasons:
- When someone tells you he/she wants to quit why the hell would you give them more time to think about it? It's not fair to the other contestants. "Are you sure?" - "There's the boat, bye now!".
- Chase getting NaOnka's idol. I hate Chase and now he's in a power position and probably will take Jane who I despise even more further in the game
- I didn't care for this reward, it's so pathetic that they need to promote such a bad movie this way.
- Absolutely no strategy talk whatsoever. It was all crying and loser talk.

I really hope that we'll see a 4-way alliance between Sash, Dan, Fabio and Benry because I'd rather see one of those players win.
It makes sense for Sash because he probably won't win against any of those in a FTC.

When Jeff gave them the opportunity to get a new tarp and rice I was surprised that not immediately everybody would jump forward.
Just a few hot dogs a bad movie and candy? The reward wasn't even that great. It's not like it was a once-in-a-life-time opportunity. It was an awful movie and junk food.
Maybe everybody waited for NaOnka to take the deal?

In my book Kelly Purple now really is the worst survivor of all time. She sucks at providing, strategy, challenges, endurance, lying, confessionals, mental strength, physical strength, social game, will power, flirting skills and she quit the game in a very decent position to move on.

The highlights of the episode:
- the challenge was alright I guess, very physical and not predictable maybe needed a puzzle at the end.
- "I have nothing left to suck"
- Jeff Probst asking NaOnka whether she really thought she could win the game
- Pissed off Marty and Alina
- Dan sitting in a giant chair

I actually liked this season so far but it took a wrong turn this week, that's for sure.

Someone posted the full rules in the S20 thread, and iirc, they have the right to not give quitters the prize money - whether they do or not is another story.

Brenda and Marty sure seem to be enjoying themselves observing Naonka make a clown out of herself in front of Tribal Council, despite Alina's best attempts to poop the party.

I love the whole Marty/Brenda dynamic in Ponderosa, I wish they ran the game together

Well, they did the tribal council on the evening after the reward challenge so I assume they could've easily held a immunity challennge the next day without screwing up the schedule.
Furthermore, they could've gotten a binding confirmation before the tribal council.

The only difference between me and the rest of you is that I don't give other horrible human beings passes for being white men.

I actually do like Alina and could def foresee her possibly returning for an All Stars season as a last minute fill-in.

But she is an emotional train wreck waiting to happen judging from her Ponderosa videos

Oh and Kart, was this the image you wanted resized to fit your avatar?

We gotta make some kind of side bet wherein the loser has to consistently post int he forum for a week, with an avatar/chop of the winner's choice of course

Just watched both ponderosa videos and saw no evidence of this whatsoever.

I can't do that. I wouldn't be able to stomach posting with that avatar, and I don't want to welsh on a bet.

You were being sarcastic about her being a good allstar or about being an emotional trainwreck?

I wish there a was a designated font for sarcasm

but compared to seasons like Samoa, Nicaragua would almost have to be considered a good pool to draw from (given the recent trend of All-Star Seasons and the projected All-Stars S24 Season being filmed late next summer)

besides, Survivor tends to be thin in the quantity of potential female All-Star candidates available

I would NEVER want Nay to quit at that point. Who could you possibly rather take to the final??? Who would ever vote to give her $1M
