Unrelated, but...I put this in my power rankings, and I feel like it's a decent discussion: is there any way at least one of Fabio/Dan isn't in the FTC? I can't envision a scenario where one of them isn't there as the goat and inevitable third-placer. Fabio could win if there's a bitter jury, I guess, but both guys are really unlikely winners, and since I assume Sash will side with Dan/Fabio/Benry for the next two votes, I really don't see how both Fabio AND Dan could get shut out of the FTC.

Holly seems like such a slam dunk to win, even the idiots have to realize that right? I'm assuming she's next if Sash sides with the guys.

ya i think i agree with kos. sash sides with the guys next week and they take out jane holly and chase. i think sash goes at final 4 though and fabio takes the win vs benry and dan

It might end up hurting Holly pretty badly and maybe Benry didn't want that target on his own back. But it just rubbed me wrong having Benry act holier than thou...when he didn't offer to man up and take the bullet himself either. ...And he'll probably be pushing to vote Holly out as soon as possible. (THAT I really have no problem with.) He should.

It's not hard to be holier than a jackass is all I'm saying. They were all given the opportunity to possibly shoot themselves in the foot doing something for the benefit of the entire tribe. Only Holly took the risk. If she wants to run her mouth about how Naonka is scummy she should have at it. Benry is just making noise.

And how can he not? He can either side with Chase, Jane, and Holly, all of whom are potential jury threats...or he can side with Dan (who doesn't care about winning), Benry (who hasn't done much of anything strategically), and Fabio (who is likable but probably still a goat). The choice couldn't possibly be any easier.

maybe if he went out of his way to have that confessional. but they prob asked all the survivors what they think about naonka. but if im benry im gonna give her a shot to accept it before i do. but id do it if no one else jumped at it. holly probably waited like 5 seconds

Based on the "Twitter controversy" they had a few weeks ago, I wonder if NaOnka would even agree to do it. And what the hell are they even going to ask Purple Kelly?

People do crazy things on this show. See Todd and JT being allowed to waltz to the finals on their seasons. Even so, I have to agree Sash should side with those guys. Which I hope will propel Fabio to victory. However, Chase also has an idol and things could get interesting if he let's Holly and Jane know he has it and they convince him to use it to blindside someone. He might even inadvertantly blindside someone with it in the coming weeks.

I'm really torn on which way I'd like Sash to go. One way helps Holly, one way helps Fabio. Win-win?

Let's do a little jury member accounting. Brenda and Marty may well appreciate 'strategic' play. That's two. Alina, Naonka, and Purple Kelly are the other three current jury members. Are they going to base their votes on 'strategic' play? Does Purple Kelly even know how to spell poker? Alina certainly did not seem to enjoy Brenda's brand of 'strategic' play. Naonka is a loon. She voted off her best friend in the game one week and quit the next. I can't predict how she will vote. I'll give you that Kelly and Naonka seemed to have an amicable relationship with Sash though. Translation: I could buy that they might vote for him because they like him.

After watching the Ponderosa videos, Alina strikes me as the type that will vote for strategy over likability. She, Marty, and Brenda all seem like big fans of the show. The rest of the jury could obviously end up being recruits, though.

I forgot that Janu quit right around this same point in the game.

The upside, of course, is that I can't imagine they'd ever ask a quitter to play again, so we don't have to deal with NaOnka in any future All-Star seasons. I know some people think she's great TV, which I guess she is, but there's a line between being "Survivor evil" and being a disgusting human being, and she's wayyy past it. It's not even enjoyable to watch her because she's such a horrible person. I'm glad she's gone.

I'd put Chase now as the biggest threat in the game just for the simple fact he has an idol nobody knows about, BUT he's naive and not quite the strategic player that Sash is even though what he has going for him is a better social game then Sash especially more now that Sash biggest supporters are gone.

As for who I want to win I'm not sure. Dan winning would be a travesty since it would be like coattail season all over again which I'm referring to Natalie beating Russell so that would really tick me off. I will say that at least Dan as limited as he is likely in more pain then these weak broads has stuck through it which I respect. I'm sure the great Russell Hantz would be shaking his head if he's watching this season as he wouldn't be able to put his "Dumb A$$ girl alliance" together since they will just quit.

Holly really stepped it up for me this week from her giving up the reward challenge taking one for the team to her speech to Purple Kelly to not give up even if it didn't work. I can't say I really liked Holly that much until this week.

This season sure has been a disaster but as bad as people have played and without reading any spoilers at all for the season I'm really not sure who will get to the end which will be enough to keep me semi-entertained the next few weeks.

Is it confirmed they will remain on the jury? I didn't get the impression that they would - they certainly shouldn't.

No chance she'll be invited back for a future season = win.

KP quitting explains her edit, non-facetime as well.

In the Ponderosa videos, Marty keeps toasting them as "the jury," and they're in Ponderosa, so...yeah, they're going to be jury members. I don't really have a problem with that, I just don't think they should get paid. If you quit, you should go home empty-handed.

Pretty surprised Nay didn't give up the reward after she had just stated she was quitting. Her logic of not giving 110% in the challenge to not enjoy the reward is so mind-boggling it makes me wonder if she might actually be mentally handicapped. Ending her rationalization with "I'm not no fool" was pretty lol. Makes me wonder how she ever got a job, even as a PE teacher. I seriously hope that if the gym she worked at caught on fire, & she wasn't gonna make it out regardless of what she did, that she'd attempt to save the kids in her class instead of applying the same logic & think only of herself.
