If he really had such a problem with it, was there anything stopping him from just starting to say "Come on in, survivors" or "Come on in, players". If a contestant asked him about why he'd changed it, he could just say "hey I felt this was more inclusive" and it would all be done.

Anyways, regarding the season, I like the return to a tougher survival game (if you look back in the old days, people were often really struggling for things like food). Little unsure about all the twists, and while I guess the accelerated schedule is required for some Covid related reason, I think it will make the game play a lot worse. I'm not too optimistic about the season but I'll be watching.

I'm kinda irritated by the woke stuff, it was stupid in the moment but also because it took attention from what seems to be a good cast and actually good twists from production for once. Evvie seems like a great player, Sydney is smoking hot and JD is hilarious. Best premiere in years
