Apparently James has said in his exit press that Cassidy was always his ride or die rather than Karla as the show made out. If true this explains both boots better than what was presented in the episode.

What that means for both Karla and Cassidys winner equity is anyones guess

Emotional reward win has to paint a target on Noelle

Maybe i’m not paying enough attention but it’s f8 the “trust clusters” are completely indistinguishable. It is not great for the show imo.

I have no idea if these are three of Noelle’s people or if any of this is subterfuge.

I know that Karla reminds Esse of his abuelita. We saw Gabler and Sami be close, i think? And they kind of united with Cody.. maybe?

Thought we might see a Jesse snipe there, but also looked like he was clueing in and was going to play an idol. Good edit misdirection on a pretty clean Noelle boot.

I thought Jesse was totally going home. He has to be the favorite to win now.

I drafted him 2nd overall in my survivor pool. Not bias. SBF was just trying to help people.

In this age of survior I dont think Jesse is a favorite b/c I think they wil come for him. Someone more in the middle is probably a favorite... Karla or Cassidy maybe.

That blindside segment was gay

Gabler talking to Karla was definitely a post-credits scene preview of the next movie.

Gabler is making the end. So if Esse is in his crosshairs, goodnight.
(More likely, they come for him and Karla tells him to use his idol because Latinx Lives Matter)

Noelle is probably the closest thing we've had since Stephanie Lagrossa 1.0. First person that's been booted this season I feel production will definitely want to bring back for the next returnee player season.

Updated power rankings

7) Gabler (+1)
6) Jesse (=)
5) Owen (-1)
4) Sammi (-2)
3) Carla (+2)
2) Cody (=)
1) Cassidy (=)

No one is ever going to be willing to go to the end with some determined bad ass with one leg. ...Well, maybe Colby Donaldson would do something like that. But no one else.

Just watched a day late. Another boring vote out. They need to split the tribe and have 2 tribals every week because last week was way more interesting

It looks like the next challenge is the 'breathe through the bars' as the tide comes in. It seems like many of the challenges are just variations of or repeats of those seen in previous years. I hope they get back to when they had truly original endurance challenges like this one ....

When there’s 10 left, they should play a regulation game of hoops for immunity

Not much change of real challenges when they're too afraid to even say "guys"

This show is so boring now. Awesome scenarios pitched/edited that don’t actually exist, get viewers excited, then boring vote out by the alliance who would rather keep dangerous members than bottom players with 0 equity

Why? The whole point of challenge is to feel like you’re drowning.

With the tide going out, they were going to be able to sit there as long as they want. And if they carry it into darkness, it’s not safe for anyone.

Riding that challenge for 2.75 hours is insane.

Sami was drawing dead from the beginning. At least he played the shot in the dark.

So you think production forces all of these fake vote out conversations?

They discuss every possible scenario and the producers spin it how they want. You actually think Karla would vote out Cassidy? Lol you

Whoa, that could have been the first time in 43 seasons anyone turned on their ally with the game winding down!

Spoiler:
Lol you

No one is making you watch.

Cass basically has zero equity too. She hasn’t really done anything except ally with Karla.

Of chances to win, I’d probably rank it

Jesse
Karla
Gabler
Cody
Owen
Cass

Sami was going home the whole time obviously, but there is always hope they finally vote with a brain. Since the merge they’ve voted out along the alliance like this is Survivor 1 or something. The only reason James got voted out was because the tribe was split.

Then they hype up next week as if something will change when Owen will go home *yawn*

At least they did an old school challenge. The last time was 26 in Caramoan.

A really great season. Loved the advantage Cody found.

I still think Jesse is the favorite

That was a cool advantage. You have to use it immediately and still a low percentage it was activated. But it’s forced use and everyone knows it’s possibly in play.

Crazy how many times someone walked by that tree without seeing it.
