Honestly don't know what's more LOL right now, the fact that Garrett got voted out or that KOS actually believes he made optimal moves.

I agree but it seemed like he could have easily overcome that if he would have just kept his mouth shut at tribal.

Looks like KOS was right, just not in the way he intended it...

Wow. Odd.
I think after you've had a good night's sleep you'll come to realize that Garrett did not know how to play Survivor and everything he did after finding the HII showed that.

She wanted to talk to Garrett and Spencer so they could vote out Kass, duh.

Can't wait to see the reactions of the other tribes at the next challenge when they see who got voted off.

LOL Brains

As bad as Garrett was Kass made a terrible decision because they lost the muscle on the tribe so they probably won't win a challenge.

I'm trying to remember back but has anyone in any other season ever dumped the rice and survived the next tribal council they had to attend?

By J'Tia dumping the rice and not being voted out says so much about how awful Garrett was from both a social and strategic stand point with his atrocious decisions.

I'm still shaking my head wondering if Garrett has ever watched a season of Survivor because he was really that bad and it disappoints me because I had hopes a poker player would do well on the show.

JRB is sitting some where right now and thinking "WOW, I was 100x better then that guy".

All Tasha wanted was a private conversation and all that private conversation would have been was "hey guys I don't want to vote out J'Tia but it makes sense I just want to make sure that I'm still in with you guys."

There was probably zero chance of Garrett going home before he did any of what he did. It's not rational to take out the most physical person unless they do something like that.

If true, then isn't Tasha blatantly announcing, "I would like to vote out Kass" when saying this? So...then Garrett has made it even less likely that the women will come together, no?

As a poker player, I feel dumber for having watched one of our own have one of the worst opening episode performances ever tonight.

quoting for people who have swag ignored.

I 100% agree, if they lose the next two challenges and do what the did with Malcolm and Denise then whomever is in that position is looking good. I'd almost go so far to say that losing challenges may be +EV for them as they'd go into tribes that will have internal conflicts that haven't been able to be resolved for 2 weeks.

Agreed. Originally wanted to see a 2+2'er to do well, but he was clearly out of his element. Regardless, I think it's going to be a great season.

I hope Spencer can hang in there, he's got game.

grunch:

I'm not sure on Bryce aligning with Hootie McBoob immediately after LJ picks her out as the weakest. Maybe it was just because he thought she was ripe for the picking after being singled out like that and he was desperate to be 'in' with someone. It just seems a little questionable. Having said that, Bryce and Hootie seem to be more schemey than the rest of the beauties. Even though Jeremiah sounds like he just fell off the turnip truck, I don't think even he will fall for, "Us country folk have to stick together," coming from Bryce.

LOL, I had a feeling Trish was a good pick for possibly getting two bags of rice for the tribe.

LOL at Tony lying about his occupation. Then, further LOL at him for continuing to lie about it when it was clearly detrimental to be doing so. He and Sarah could have insta-bonded over being cops, but instead she thinks he's sketchy.

RHAP blogger Sarah was spot on with her assessment of the Brains tribe. Too many cooks. Garrett in trouble. She had it all. Was she also the one saying David might be first out?

Runt man was very threatened by muscle man. I feel like Kass made a mistake in not touching base with Garrett and Spencer on that first vote...and vice versa. Going to her after you have just blind sided her is a tough sell.

I had a bad feeling about Garrett's longevity when they showed the 'playing Survivor not fun' footage. Pretty early for that. At least he didn't have to put up with the miserable rain from the previews...and 2% rice.

I'm so annoyed by Tony.

LOL MalnuTrishan.

That darn Spencer is growing on me. At first I was hugely annoyed by how he moves his head when he's talking...and listening for that matter...but it's becoming part of his charm. Shame that his spot got blown up. I wish Garrett could have passed his idol to him.

I'm annoyed that the Brains tribe is crashing and burning. It was obvious that J'Tia was a huge problem from go, yet they voted each other off instead and let her hang around. ...And why did they let her do the puzzle?

Already anticipating next week's prologue when the Brains get back to camp and remember OH YEA WE HAVE NO RICE and then collectively decide to blame that on Spencer.

You have to give trust and respect to get trust and respect (or be good enough to fake giving them).

Crazy whack job chick dumps the rice is more trustworthy than guy who is so insecure he won't let you talk, has no clue about letting people express themselves, doesnt understand allowing for face saving, really no understanding of interpersonal relationships at all.

Give it up dude. Any more is just trolling.

Agreed.. Even though Garrett played terrible, voting him out is a very shortsighted move. Your chances of winning Survivor are super slim if your tribe can't win challenges.
