I honestly haven't looked at it, but I would bet that more of the "just missed" group are leaders (depending on if we define that the same way) vs. the winners. Also, the all-winners season gets watered down pretty quickly because they have more issues. They're naturally less inclined to play again, and some of the best ones have either played 3+ times already or are retired/never coming back. CBS doesn't want to hype an all-winners season, then have a F5 of Vecepia, Natalie White, Earl, Chris Daughtery, and Fabio. In fact, I'd say this idea had absolutely zero chance of happening without the Sophie/Spradlin/Denise hot streak we hit.
