Last week's episode was awful, and Donna and Rachel solved their dilemma this week by borrowing from Burlesque. Let's hope for better in the season finale next week, or I'm not coming back for Season 8.

I'm thinking they will have to be re-appearing or else that series does not have much life left. Although it has admittedly already lived longer than many of the good USA series survived...

With the claim that the Seattle firm does class-action stuff, I am guessing there will be a story line somewhere down the road where Mike and Rachel's firm goes up against Harvey or even Jessica...

The Harvey/Alex vs. Robert/Samantha storyline has potential I think. I have only seen Katherine Heigl in a few rom-coms, so I have no idea if she has the chops for this sort of dramatic/villanous work.

The episode was set the day after the wedding, so Harvey hasn't had time to process Mike's departure (Donna alludes to this after an outburst from Harvey). Hopefully we get more of this as the season progresses.

I thought it was a good first episode back, definitely has potential. Now that Mike and Rachel are gone, hopefully they can focus more on business rather than relationships

Don't think it's happening. I imagine that by the time the show is over, Harvey and Donna will be together. I expect some drama before we get there...

I'd bet on something happening between Sam and Alex too.

Will keep watching anyway, Suits is by far my favorite bad show.

Also, USA announced today that Suits has been renewed for a 9th and final season. This will premiere sometime in the fall of 2019.

I'm done with Suits now, I've tried to watch this current season but my word it's bloody awful now. The story lines are rubbish. The banter between the characters is gone, they're trying to hard to make Zane like Mike which just doesn't work for me.

Great while it lasted as well.

Worst episode ever... What extremely lazy writing.

I can personally guarantee everyone in this thread with or without any knowledge of the law, knew in the first 5 seconds exactly what was happening and that Thomas was being used so that mall guy could get a better deal elsewhere.

No lawyers in the history of lawyers would allow a handshake deal and a press release the following morning.

That being said, having Daniel Hardman back was awesome to see and salvaged the episode.
