Concept is simple: it's Cops except on college campuses. So like 99% of the incidents involve extremely drunk people. What I also like about it is that the cops are often pretty cool, at least in the episodes I've seen. I think college cops / cops in college towns must get pretty used to dealing with drunken fools.
