Diversity in shows is a good thing. It's important for all kinds of people to see themselves represented on screen. The fact that you like the fact that this show lacks diversity is really odd. Especially considering that you'd think that more minorities in a show about people in power would somehow be inappropriate and out of place. I suppose minorities should be relegated to playing gang members and terrorists, amirite?
(Btw the Asian guy is gay and Stewy is Iraqi. I hope you're still able to watch the show after receiving this info)
