Most of the charm was lost from Season 1. I thought many of the characters were just doing stupid things to move the story further along. S2 was pretty meh for me.

He was in 50 first dates an Adam Sandler movie that's not really worth watching but he was kinda jacked in that movie. Odd to see him 10 years later with basically the complete opposite body. I'm guessing the change is he got married and had kids lol.

Show was meh. Dustin stole the entire season imo. I thought the behind the scenes show was better, possibly because I'm a fan of the dean-particularly the "I worked at a college line"

I love when shows will show the audition tapes and the ones they showed were awesome.

Is it me or did they just try to throw a badboy teen heart throb in the middle with the step brother? They coulda easily had the show without him dumbing it up. I'm not much into the horror genre but this and IT got me hooked on this demon stuff. It's funny that no horror movies have captured me like this for like decades maybe. Awesome show, OOT knows how to **** on a good thing lol. I do like how you guys open up my awareness/perception tho as you guys are deep into storytelling in a way that my English teachers would be but they were all snoozefests so I never listened.

olds shouldnt be trusted for their taste in tv

overall was great except for the weird episode in chicago that added absolutely nothing to the story. also thought the step brother didnt do a whole lot

Am I the only one that thinks that the Chacago storyline will be and "add on" later on. Obviously Miss Kali Ma is gonna be a part of season 3, if not then the ****ing writers need to eat a bullet. I see no other option available and the darkness is coming back with a vengeance. I can't wait for next season!!!

This season was not "good TV" but I still felt entertained because I enjoy the characters and its unlike anything else I watch.

But the plot / characterization missteps add up like crazy:

- The entire Dart set up is so dumb
- Chicago? No reason to have this
- Jim getting way too angry with 11 with consequences being obvious
- Why add the new brother and sister? Straight filler subplots
- Why is Steve still helping out?

I guess you just need to shut off your brain and enjoy the atmosphere and kids being kids.

4 eps deep into series 2 n whilst still enjoying it I don’t think it’s coming close to series 1.
Maybe my expectations were too high as I really did think s1 was great and prob close to if not the #1 show of the year. I’m still diggin the 80s vibe but it’s coming with more of an after-school special kinda feel this time for me, n I’m finding myself giving it an audible “cmon now..?” atleast once an ep

I'm currently watching season one and on episode 6

The sisters plot line with the boyfriend and becoming popular is the most AIDS television I have ever seen. It ****s all over the show on a regular basis and insults the acting and creativity on display from other people in the show.

Dustin is putting on a goonies-level performance while these clowns are just clicking buttons.

Grunching so I don't get spoiled.

Watching the series and it is great but just watched episode 7 and it was ****ing terrible. It was completely unnecessary and taking Eleven away from Hawkins was pointless. Its like they had to shoehorn in a pilot for a ****ty CW spin-off show.
