the rules are a bit jacked though... kinda needs to be thought out better.

I don't get this. She's easily the worst. Followed closely by Alex.

i think the "don't talk about my family" girl is the worst. she has serial killer like compassion for the outcasts.

i mean even alex had some sense of how they were ****ing over the outcasts. you could see some doubt on his face. but that one girl gave zero ****s. it was scary.

gman said that coconut gave everyone on survivor the ****s. serial killer girl said she had the ****s from the coconut and then her shorts had a streak of brown right where she poops. it might be just from sitting on dirt, but it looked like poop to me.

and yeah, that was awesome when makani took the tent! totally changed the whole show around.

and wtf was up with cody being such a pussy about it? he wouldn't help her at all. i know his strategy was to try to get in good with the campers, but that was weak as **** of him.

and then cody said he'd get water for makani TOMORROW. and she was like "tomorrow?!" so she had to be in that tent all day and all night without any water? or bathroom break?

cody and makani are incredible reality tv personalities and almost the entire rest of the island was useless. great show. rules about ownership are definitely unclear. like why couldn't alex run back after the fruit challenge and just take back the pot

half the show these weak ass mother****ers are lounging in a tent eating pizza and burgers then still cant carry anything on the journey! so happy when the black dude and fat chick left

I assume during challenges and temptations that ownership is maintained

I thought a strategy macody could've tried at the fruit challenge was simply to not let the others win. By that I mean, macody could've used force or some tactic to empty their own basket, but in doing so, making it easier to dislodge and even if they get nothing, they ensure the losers get nothing.

but they stole the peanut butter the first time while cody/makani were on their way back from the challenge

read up on first page

money is obviously fake. its been getting soaked in the rain all season. after the last ep there was even a disclaimer that "no legal US currency was defaced or destroyed" or something like that

i would honestly have been ok with the campers if they were just upfront about the strategy. "look, we are a majority who are going to deprive you of resources in order to get you to leave early." bam, same thing cody wanted to do from the start but didnt get the numbers for. instead its just a ton of twisted logic and stupidity from people who get more annoying every time they talk. like they tried to honestly justify keeping the tent for themselves because they were the ones who wanted it and the fact that it came out of everyones money was just butnahhhhh

good lord the show is ostensibly about people on an island fighting for survival and yet they are debating what toppings to get on their pizza.

Agreed. the fact that the majority can spend everyone's money and not share what they paid for is a joke.

They are never racing to get the drone drops so it's not first-come first-serve.

We are so fortunate as viewers that two of those pieces of crap had to flare.

the ipad said in one of the first episodes that any group buy items are for the group as a whole. somehow it doesn't seem to play out that way and there are possession rules.

Crappy Alex has a blog.

https://www.realityblurred.com/reali...le-qa-critics/

In this one he talks about ownership.

Quote:
John asked:
How come you didn’t follow the rules of the game that stated “Anything purchased with the community money is to be shared equally among all of the contestants”, and denied use of the tent to Cody, Chris and Makani? Is there a secret rule that states if players don’t vote with the majority they do not get to eat any of the purchased food or use any of the purchased equipment? After watching yourself on the show, what do you think of all the majority negative comments regarding your game play and actions? Why did you self proclaim yourself as “America’s Team”? Do you really think that your actions and the way you are playing reflect America’s values and garner its support? Inquiring minds would like to hear your perspective.

John, thanks for asking. First off, it’s not a rule that anything purchased has to be shared equally. I’m not sure why you think that. The only group buy rule was majority must vote for an item to purchase it.
Quote:
Lastly, the group buy does not belong to everyone. That’s not a rule of the game. In regards to the tent, you could not destroy a purchased item while someone was in it or using it. Slashing or stealing tents was essentially against the rules.
also it's painful to read a lot of what he writes.

Have just watched the first two eps and my first thought is that Russell Hantz finally has a show he can win. Never seen a show designed for *******s to win more in my entire life. Cody is a god like character so far and hippie chick is cool as well.

He basically just reiterates his absurd thoughts from the show. So typical delusional Alex

Cody and Makani are both great.

Cody is obviously a bit of a douche, but at least he owns it and accepted when it made life tougher for him.

Makani actually seems like she's probably a pretty decent and adaptable person irl even if she isn't someone who I'd have anything in common with.

Alonzo also seems like a pretty good dude. He is in it with his group and actually really loyal, not just loyal for his own self-benefit.

Not a fan of anyone else at all. Eilish was the worst, but getting Appendicitis is still a rough break. LOL at all her complaining and inability to cope with anything that doesn't go her way. I also cannot stand Gina one bit. Obviously Alex is way too ****ing self-righteous.

I actually did suspect that them burning money would work as a ploy, but huge props to Cody and Makani for shrugging it off and sticking to their plan. I'd also think that taking more than the allotted time to make the journey would be a valuable ploy, especially if they have any inkling that they might actually get starved out and have to quit. If you're going down then try to use any means necessary to get Cody to cave.

burning all the money and refusing to complete the journeys in time is pretty good blackmail. they could survive just off temptations probably but they have no reason to leave anything behind if they are the last of their group to leave

as I said before I dont actually take issue with their gameplan just their self fellating personalities.

"if you dont buy the peanut butter then Im not carrying anything"
"ok so now youre threatening us?"
"how is that threatening you"

uhhhh by the literal definition of making a threat? lol

agree completely

If they had managed to keep a majority then they'd have been able to live somewhat comfortably the rest of the way so the gameplay is decent

Their personalities make them extremely hateable though.

burning/ripping the money can't really be a thing.

i wonder if there is a rule forcing them to do the journey. they should just not do it and rest in the camp until the end of 40 days. or alternatively, not do it until macody agree to x terms on the group buy.

what do you mean it can't be a thing?

it seems like they definitely ripped and burned the money. they have to physically transport it to get it at the end and they have to put it in a box to buy things at the group buy so why would its destruction be invalid?

If they don't carry the money to the next camp they lose it, so yeah I think burning money is a thing

Because it's not actually real money. I also assume there isn't $700,000 or whatever the amount is of fake bills. We'll see next ep how much the iPad says they have.

If it is a thing, they can still gather up the ripped bills and transport it. Obviously the burned ones are gone.
