I thought the musical was solid as far as musicals in on musicals go. I think they may have hand waved away the good guys win but honestly don't remember
Damn that Star Trek: Discovery finale sure laid the sappy on thick. I could have chopped 15 minutes off the length.
I guess I enjoyed the series but it really suffered from weak characters. I really didn't care about any of them. Maybe Rayner and Jett Reno the female Engineer.
