Did Crixus's girl get recast? Looking good.

With a bad haircut. It took a season but I am now comfortable with both new actors.

I know that the first episode of the past seasons hasn't always stood out by comparison to the rest of the season, but I especially didn't like this one, although I'm still fine with being patient, for now.

I literally LOLed when I saw Spartacus in front of battle maps and talking battle strategy. I mean come on - if I wanted that, I'd go back and watch HBO's Rome or GOT. And I get that the violence and sex have to be there, and I'm not complaining, but it got tedious for me. I needed more storyline mixed in. Yes, I realize that the focus inevitably had to get to more battles, but I for one already miss the scheming component that we got with Asher, Ilithia, and Lucretia. But I guess that will hopefully come, as we got a taste with Crassus.

I'm seriously impressed with how well they've written Crassus. Shaping up to be a great villain.

Should be interesting to see Caesar as well when he comes in.

Should be good, hell in real life he would go into towns that had a fire and buy out surrounding buildings for cents on the dollar then use his own private fire fighter brigade to stop the spread and flip the properties for tons of profit. If that isn't GOAT I don't know what is.

Not sure if he can even really be called villain.

He sure seems honorable, he looks to people for what they accomplished , not for what they were born into. But i have a feeling he is somewhat evil because everyone was hesitant about going to him in the first place.
