The fact that they just destroyed Jax's character in the last two seasons in disheartening.


Remember in Season 1 he had never killed anyone, and he showed great remorse in heading down this path.


Now Jax seems to kill someone every episode in cold blood, and he doesnt even care.



For me, this show has been unbelievable for almost the entire show. The fact that then entire club isn't in jail is lol. A gun fight on a public street every episode and no one ever gets arrested.


all that aside, it's still fun to watch with some cool drama, but it ending as a top tier show like the Sopranos is long gone. But still fun to watch.

When Opie died a part of jax died, that is the point of this season to see how far jax will continue to fall and spiral down that road.

With a lot being wrong in this show, this is the correct part.
That's how people work. Supposedly, the first kill is the hardest, it's only getting easier after that.

I just think its overdone, but that just my opinion.


Like I said, I enjoy watching the show, I just suspend my disbelief in some parts and enjoy the ride.

This might not be popular around here but I enjoyed Clay as the leader more than Jax. I liked how they voted everything and did things as a club(or atleast portrayed) but Jax just seems to do whatever the **** he wants with anything. The club seemed very strong in the first few seasons but now they seem weak and anyone can come along and bitch them around.

I dunno if that makes sense or not but now that they have turned the story and are focusing on jax so much... just get rid of Clay. Its starting to become really ridiculous and I agree with what others say that its not a must watch anymore

Pretty much describing the whole series.

I still can't get past the "We don't have enough on Clay yet", the conversations tonight made it quite clear they are not stalling, and are really trying to get more evidence. Just moronic.

The episode still had some tension and excitement, but again, the above is just crazy.

Now that they're married she isn't getting any. Jax has been running around with the club stuff, the trip to the cabin was cancelled, she was hot and bothered and he went to drop off the body to the sheriff.

Clay manipulated the club for his own means twice as much as Jax does, or maybe not twice but Jax basically has followed the path and is making the same choices just with different people. Clay had a "retirement" plan just like Jax..what we are seeing is that no matter who has the gavel the same types of choices and manipulation happens. Hence the end of last season ending with Tara and Jax looking like John and Gemma. The cycle repeats...

as far as seasons its pretty much

anythings better then 3 including this so far, which isnt that awful, to me the shows never been truly realistic anyway its not like the motor cycles are doing double barrel somersaults in the air guns blazing landing perfectly and then giving a thumbs up but I suspend a bunch of beliefs when I watch it. Again its "junk" TV at this point especially if you like shows that are similar to this that are far more well written ( Boardwalk Empire, The Wire etc etc)

this season has turned into nothing more than "let's see how much we can get away with on television".

the sex scenes are just little more gratuitous (more sideboob, the otto prison scene, the tara scene),
the violence is a little more brutal (opie, prison guard, burning the daughter alive),
and
the plot has become a little (ok, a lot) more ridiculous.


sutter is attempting to make up for continually painting himself into a corner with shock value.

Even if Jax uses Juice to get Clay, does that give him the TANGIBLE EVIDENCE!!! that he needs? The Sons have some insane burden of proof this season. The people on Law and Order don't even need this much evidence.

What if Jax uses Juice closeness to clay to kill him, juice just seems so useless this season otherwise.

yea, been a pretty huge dropoff too since the end of s2 imo. pretty much still watching only out of tv show inertia i guess (i usually continue to watch shows like weeds/dexter etc, for far too long after i stop really enjoying it). getting really sick of the constant jax scowling + clay being evil and the nonstop ****storm plot devices being used to cover up the considerable lack of depth. prob going to stop watching after this season is up.

While I agree to some extent , have the reasons why Clay hasn't been outed yet been fully explained on the show or discussed here ?

I know the IRA wanting to deal only with Clay was one of them , but that doesn't hold too much ground at this point considering what Clay has done.

What possible repercussions are there now for simply telling the truth to the whole club about how Clay killed Piney , killed Jax's father , tried to subvert Jax by starting home invasions.. etc.

I'm not defending the whole inaction as far as Clay is concerned , just wondering if there may actually be a good reason for not outing him that no one's mentioned yet.
