I tend to be one of the shows defenders but this has been the style of the show since season one. Season Two might have been the best balance of the "story telling" <aka slower> episodes vs "bang bang shootem up" episodes and obv season 3 the worst of it.
Usually the last 3-4 EP's of the season , if he follows formula, will be enough that you say "Oh ****" and be happy again.

Anybody think they will find Gemma, the car and kids after Jax gets the word out that they got shot and ran off the road by "black"? That way when they find her they assume the same thing happened to Gemma, and she is either unconscious in the hospital while it plays out, or she plays it off as that is what happened once they bring it up to her.

That was my thought exactly and goes along with her character.

Was Gemma just tired? She seemed ****ed up by the acting but I dont remember her taking anything. Looked more like she was on a tranquilizer then just falling asleep.

She has pretty much been redlining the entire season. Her dozing off was just her crashing.

Possible I mean a "decent" theory was tig's scratch would lean Roosevelt to thinking it was tig who did it but thats gone now ( i assume) with gogo's death.
So perhaps to far fetched, but plausible

He's cute. I'll give him that. I liked him better before last season when they tried to make him something other than comic relief which doesn't seem to suit him.

Fat dude has grown on me, but I'd like him better if he had said, 'hey Gemma, why don't you let me drive you guys home?' You could tell she was a little off when she was getting ready to leave.

Was she smoking a fatty with Unser before she left to come get the boys? I thought either that, or the crashing theory. I mean, she had to be hung over from her boozing and floozing from the night before. Then, she had a full day of having her car stolen, Unser getting shot up, and so forth. I'd buy her being high, or crashing from all the substance abuse. And anyone who thought she was a responsible child care option given the way her life has been going probably deserves what he gets.

She was clearly smoking a joint with Unser before the crash. Please let her be dead. Pleeeeeeeeease.

The show is just flat out silly. As long as I remember to lower my expectations drastically, I can still watch it. But it's just so predictable: the car chases, meaningless side stories, the double crossings... I mean, who didn't see Clay backstabbing those guys coming from a mile away?

Can't remember the last time I was actually surprised by the show.

Son is clearly dead, Gemma alive. Jax and Tara are going to hate her, she's going to threaten to commit suicide, then Jimmy Smits is going to charm her out of it and happily ever after we all get to see Gemma forever.

The thing about Filthy Phil I don't understand is why the hell you would let someone that overweight in your motor gang, doesn't seem very practical.

Pretty sure Able is not dead because the Wendy(ex-wife) storyline does not seem to be over, something is probably going to be wrong with him and they will have to live with him being like that. Other deaths so far this season make it unrealistic that Able is dead.
