19 Dragons - apparently this story will have like 19 dragons, each with their own look and personality, so be sure to pick out a fav and buy the action figure etc. however, sounds like we might only meet ~9 of the dragons in season 1.
Thought Ep 1 was pretty gross with over the top blood and guts and sex action. Matt Smith was great as the villain. Great dragon animation. Will be a big hit as long they can keep up a plausible storyline.
yeah that was a decent ep, but i would have expected a slower introduction. that was kind of a lot all at once
seemed dumb to let daemon leave town before pledging fealty to rhaenyra (or refusing), given he's the main concern rn
or just execute but then theres no show. I guess they are gonna have a dragon war soon. and then they will fight the winter. hmm, never heard of that before.
Was the camerawork/sound a bit funny in the first half of the episode; like it felt oddly quiet or stilted? Seems like its made by different people than the original.
Anyway, I watched this on my girlfriends account, and I hope she doesn't make me watch another one, or I'll be whining here
viserys didn't seem that happy when he was named king, and currently looks pretty stressed out by the job. rhaenys didn't seem that bummed out about being passed over twice. neither daemon or rhaenyra actually said they want the job, think it was viserys who said in that one meeting that daemon's ambition wasn't for the crown, and he himself said he wanted to be hand. both daemon and rhaenyra appear more interested in receiving the king's love than his position. was theorizing that daemon intentionally sabotaged himself in ep1, yielding without yielding like he did in the duel. your father needs you now more than ever
doubt it's where they're going with this, but it'd actually be kind of neat if the twist this time around is that no one wants to rule. seems like a pain in the ass tbh
the *king is a dead man walking right getting poked up with fentanyl from the throne? 4 ep's max? then it's the girl vs. the uncle and we find out what poison or whatnot he gave her in the necklace.
