Wait holy **** people liked that? I thought it was possibly the worst episode ever, was expecting to open this thread to everyone bitching.

Ridiculously predictable and just felt like nonsense. Perhaps I'll watch it again when sober. So strange.

Solid variation on the "clip show" theme IMO. I liked how it was a mix of horrible cringey traumatic ****, and stupid petty stuff like Rick making Morty forget that he got a saying wrong.

I especially enjoyed Summer's bit implying this happens every other week or something. "Is this a Situation 3? Oh, Situation 4...wow."

Harmon has always had a thing for playing around with the "clip show" and it's always funny.

He did this same idea on Community once as well, essentially a clip show of clips you've never seen before.

this is the best episode of the year for me.

Its interdimensional cable without it being improv which is a great improvement. The Contact parody was A+, hilarious and sad at the same time.

That was my problem with it. It's a good bit, but he's stealing a joke from himself here.

The "granite" joke was incredible, though. The rest of it, blah.
