This review of this last episode is kind of meh imo, but I love the discussion in the comments. Others were also amazed at the epicness of this episode:

I still can't get over the brilliance of tying in the inane clips with Morty's existentialist speech to his sister, and telling her basically **** it, let's go watch TV. The inane clips initially seem to be a way to cram in as many absurd jokes as possible into half an hour, but then it all comes together in the end.

I thought this episode was weaker than the past few. I liked the devil A plot but I didn't dig the b story with morty and Jerry.

With that said, the butter joke posted above was my favorite joke in the entire series. The animation when he says "oh my god" is so amazing.
