I don't watch every week, but D'Souza was the only time I'm seen Maher seem genuinely pissed at a guest. He really seemed bitter over the Politically Incorrect comments from 10 years ago. I thought he was being a little purposefully obtuse in refusing to admit that he took D'Souza's statement a step further by throwing in the part comparison of the US "lobbing cruise missiles". However, I was pleased in general for him to push back on both GOP'ers when he pointed out it was impossible to have a debate when one side won't recognize basic facts.

Show would have been better if David Simon had gotten more speaking time. That woman from The Nation was just as bad as Ron Christie or some of the other conservative hacks they have on. Simon saved the show halfway through.

Shadow of a Doubt clip was brilliant but the panel was awful. The liberal kept babbling on about her mother's pension and the Jersey guy was just as annoying. Taibbi didn't get to talk much.
